I genuinely have no idea what happens here.. I moved to the area and started going here in 2012, I thought at the time they must have younger staff in training so gave them the benefit of the doubt but it’s only gotten worse.. tonight I went here and while waiting 9 minutes for my order to be taken, I could hear the staff arguing. The kitchen staff asked why they had no boxes and the response was “I don’t know, why don’t you go get them?” His response was “if I knew where they were, I would.” The manager then called out “I need those nuggets RIGHT NOW” while disregarding the staffs concerns and arguments. So not only do staff and managers lack communication skills and respect for one another, they also ignore and disregard in store customers, providing far less than acceptable service. I have NEVER been to a McDonald’s with such horrible service. This is the normal experience I’ve dealt with 10 years, not a one off.
I have been to this location multiple times to find that it is closed during it's regular irregular for McDonald's any where else business hours. Last time I went they were closed at 8:30pm with all of their lights on, drive thru open and no staff there. Two other customers were waiting at the drive thru behind me and I turned around to tell them that the restaurant was closed. One of those customers had already paid for and placed an order through the McDonald's application. I understand that finding staff is hard in the current economy but the level of service provided in the evening hours here is deplorable. Closing early and opening late are my biggest complaints.
Efficient staff, clean restaurant. I have noticed a reduction in the quantity and quality of the food at this chain however, this does not reflect on my experience here. Just a general observation.Food: 3/5
Absolute joke of a location. I ordered a chicken big Mac and got a chicken big Mac box with beef patties in it. When I bring it to the counter to have it corrected it was a laughing matter for the employees, who then proceeded to mess the order up for a second time. You would figure after you mess up a customers order you would try to actually correct the situation instead of it being a laughing matter....... I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
The food was perfect, as usual. The printer on the order kiosk jammed, which is also common. And I was only using the kiosk because I had trouble logging into my app on my phone. Then, when I did get logged in, I couldn't get the kiosk to read the code from the phone, and finally gave up on getting my points, because I was only making a small purchase anyhow, and it wasn't worth the fight.
Hoping to pick up dinner on the way home from fishing on Labour Day. Dining room is listed as open till 11 PM with Drive Thru being 24 hours, arrived before 10 PM to find a notice they were closing at 9PM completely. Said notice was not posted when passing by in the afternoon. Dining Room has also been closed consistently on Saturdays at 8 PM through out the summer with drive thru until 11 PM. Again no notice when passing by earlier in the day.
Arrived at 10:40 AM on a Sunday. The drive-through lineup was long and there was people gathered outside. I was on my way home from camping drive-through was not an option. Luckily when I got there an employee was telling everyone outside the dining room was closed and they had to mobile order it or use the drive-through. I could see behind him there was senior citizens sitting down at their tables eating and he wouldn’t even let anyone in to use the washroom. He lock the doors and went back inside so I proceeded over to a Curbside spot to place my order the on mobile app. I placed my order on the app and waited outside for 15 minutes while I watched cars go through the drive-through receive their orders and carry on their day. I was standing outside in the cold with my daughter while we waited for our food. When we finally received our food we were missing utensils and condiments. This location is a train wreck their priorities are scrambled and I am pretty frustrated to say the least. If you’re going to close the dining room put up some signage don’t be lazy I probably turned away 30 people for them as they all tried to open locked doors.
The service was slow and, well, you can see how my Egg McMuffin was assembled.
Slowest service ever! Waiting to order watching the young man dawdling and taking his time making coffee. I get it has to be done but when lines backing up pay attention and then we get our food and he somehow missed half the order. For fast food it's super slow.Food: 4/5
I've been here 3 times before 10 pm, with multiple workers "working". im also pregnant and I just wanted something to make my day better, after hearing from an employee rudely a week ago that they close at 10 pm now so I took that into consideration and came at 9:20. And they came up and said they were closed once again, maybe if you just don't want to work cause the manager isn't there you should just quit. Or maybe just shutdown ur lights and put up signs earlier so people can see.
