Story

In August 1990, Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill opened its first Mexican restaurant featuring all-fresh, traditional fire-grilled favorites. Like many who grew up on fast food, we realized that it was time for something else, something different and something FRESH. Baja Fresh continues to be passionate about serving the freshest and highest-quality Mexican food in our bright, clean restaurants. We believe in the benefits of eating well, being active and making a contribution to the communities we serve. We call this philosophy "Live Fresh" and you'll find this attitude in everything we do.We choose handmade and farm fresh ingredients for our Mexican food, not tin-canned. You'll enjoy freshly prepared Mexican platters, not glorified TV dinners from microwaves and freezers.

For a quick serve restaurant, we were impressed by the quality of the food. Everything tasted great; fresh vegetables, deliciously cooked carne asada. The only negative is their tortilla chips are a bit bland. Otherwise a nice treat for lunch.
Friendly staff, clean place and great food! Can't go wrong with free chips and some pico!
Just picked up food from here. While I was waiting for food I was observing the same person being the cashier, taking money, credit cards from people and serving/touching food and silverware all with the same gloves. Absolute lack of respect for customers.
Food is good however I placed a take out order online Saturday 3/28 and I arrived only to find out the store had closed early. Not a huge deal but now they refuse to give a refund for the order that was never made. If you place an online order better call first to make sure they are open because you will pay for your order either way.
Always love the fresh food but the customer service at this location was above and beyond. Very impressed
