The food is often made wrong or cold and if you don’t get the fries without salt they will be old mushy and cold. The employees are often found chatting with friends in lobby when orders need to be run or taken. On top of that almost every single time I’m in the store the garbage is overflowing and the tables are dirty. I would say go to a different McDonald’s but all in the area are either in the same or worse condition.
Great service! Went there last Friday through the drive thru, they had great customer service even though it was busy they still were very kind. Waited about 4 mins in the drive thru, no biggie. But the person that handed out my food was very kind! I think his name was Issac ? he was very sweet, he asked how my day was. And he seems very mature. Would give the restaurant a 6/5 stars if I could!
Went inside and orders 1 coffee. No other customers were inside and about 6 cars in the entire drive though. The order took over 10 minutes. Dominos across the street literally cooked a full Pizza in the time it took McDonalds to serve 1 drink.
Ordered a McCrispy combo at around 22:30, and it was ready in less than a minute. I started munching on the fries before leaving the restaurant to walk back to my hotel, and the fries tasted old. After I was back at the hotel, the sandwich was still hot, so it must have been freshly fried.Food: 4/5
Best McDonald’s I’ve been too. Got served by Ethne and she was so sweet and enthusiastic at 10 pm at night which is rare. As well Tori was so quick with the food got it in seconds. Highly recommend this McDonald’s.

This McDonald's outlet is very popular in stittsville, people come often for a bite, to get offered a choice of burgers, famous fries and sweet treats. We can never forget about the great Mc Café coffee. Looks and grown ups can never have enough. I highly recommend Mc Donald's. Kudos to all the hardworking team members there. Order placed at 9:15, they accepted the order but were telling delivery drivers they were closed they close at 10, drive thru closes at 11. Literally were too lazy to make 6 cookies with more than an hour before close.
Ordered a quarter pounder combo with cheese through take out and got a quarter pounder on a bun with nothing more than a half off the bun and burger squirt of ketchup. Too bad I didn’t discover it until I arrived home…not in Stittsville.
There seems to be a an issue every time I order from this branch. Packaging is not good. Bugers either miss an ingredient or won’t be the right quantity of sauce.
