Every time I go through McDonald's drive through I go away with something either missing in my bag that I requested (like honey mustard or salt) or my sandwich is made wrong (like I asked for the works on my hamburger and only got catsup). I hardly go anymore because it is frustrating to not get the order I requested.

So we got the big box meal this evening and my big macs were made with small patties. I just got home took a bite and nothing but bread. The patty doesn't even fit the bun. If I wanted a puny cheese burger I'd have got one. Pathetic!!! Can't even make your signature sandwich without screwing it up. Unreal!!!

Bathroom in need of attention 4 hours before we got there. Otherwise, typical McD food and service, which is fine when you're on the road and just need calories, and fast.

Everyone that I've encountered at (BP)McDonald's has had exceptional attitudes. Employees are always happy smiling and generally seem to be having a great time. That being said, its a toss up of whether or not your food will be fresh or not. Both of the last two times I went, my fries were not only cold but rock hard. As if they sat out until they were cold, fried again, then sat out until they were cold again and extremely hard. Occasionally I get a burger and the bun is hard and the meat is old. I've asked for fresh fries before and recieved ones that were slightly warm. It's sad because I live less than a half mile from this McDonald's but I will be driving to the other location across town (almost three times the distance) for the foreseeable future only because their food is consistently great. I'm sorry, but I won't be back until things improve. Its not worth it to waste my little money on food that's going to go right in the garbage.

Staff is always wonderful as well as the food. My only problem is listing to the GM scream at everyone. She’s really mean I feel bad for her employees.
