Great food, great staff, very friendly. Will start up conversation with customers so it is very enjoyable. Busy location tho, but cannot be helped being on portage crossing.

Best service... manager named Jake had a mass chaos of non working register turned into a quick and efficient process..despite the long line and impatient customers... I was shocked by his sincerity and genuine smile for each person he handled.

Small cheap portions, no greetings, and teeeibly slow service and speed. Waited forever 2 times now during different days and times. Staff appears to me be more into their own conversations and dialogue then acknowledging the customer.

So I've personally had nothing but good experiences at this location. The staff is great and super quick, and many times I've gotten a drink on the house a couple times. One time I forgot my card and the girl gave me the meal for free (I know her but still it's very nice. I just thought I should leave a good review as a thanks for them being such nice staff.
