Might sound silly, but this might be one of the better Chipotles I’ve been to. Of course, the food was good, made fresh to order. The service was great. My order was placed online and I showed up 10 minutes before it was scheduled to be ready. The cashier Bryan was taking care of everyone and made sure my order was started. He was making jokes with the customers, cashed someone halfway down the street when something went wrong with their card, worked with the manager to resolve an issue with 2 swapped orders, and kept things light and funny. Overall, it's in a great spot, seemed super clean, the orders moved quickly, and the food was coming out from the back kitchen fresh.
L employees, L portion sizes. Got more sour cream than I know what to do with. Gonna try jacking myself off with it.nUpdate! Scraped most of the cream off, GOD DAMN this is the most bland food I’ve ever eaten, I’m genuinely so sad : mama mia pizzeria, I shoulda ordered pizza :’ at least my chickens will enjoy this!
Where takeout/online orders go to die.nUpdate: continues to be a problem location, especially for any to-go orders. As of 11/10, I walked in around 7pm to see an employee yelling at one of the many customers standing way too close together saying “it’s not our fault, we only have one person on take-out”. FYI: it’s their fault. See my pictures of takeout orders left behind 2 hours after they were “promised”. This location is mismanaged and understaffed- at one visit the cashier told the group you see in my picture that “it’s not our fault, we get too many orders.” This is when you put more people assigned to producing takeout. Right now it appears they are running 1-1-1-1 operation with one person at each station. If between the hours of 11:30am- 2pm or 6:00-9:00 pm, go somewhere else.
Not sure if it’s all Chipotle’s but this location is quite stingy with their “side” of vinaigrette. I will say they didn’t charge me for a tbsp of vinaigrette.
Can certainly tell the crew on this particular night are not well versed or simply don't care about food safety regulations. One girl injured herself, didn't wipe down the equipment. The sour cream container emptied, girl just dumped more on top of the dirty bin. Little things you see when you pay attention.
