They're good, hard workers. They've forgotten a burger of mine just last week when I ordered 6 inside. They're good at rectifying the situation if they make a mistake, I just didn't go in this time for a replacement but I know they would have rectified the situation because they have for me before with a different mixup. Mistakes happen at any business, I find it's not consistent and they're quick for a fix and I've never dealt with unkind staff there. Kid-friendliness: My kids are always happy with the kids meals.

Nicely decorated McDonald's. Food was good as usual for fast food. Kids liked it a lot. This restaurant was very clean and efficient. Staff was friendly and nice, and washrooms were relatively clean. Overall a great stop for emergency food. I would stop by here again if in the area.
This McDonald's has to be one of the worst I've been to. I've gone through the drive thru multiple times and they have gotten my order wrong more than once. Against my better judgement, I went again today to get the new Smokey Gouda breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. After repeating my order multiple times into the speaker, stressing it was the new smokey gouda breakfast sandwich, the person on the other side was completely silent. I had to ask her multiple times if she got my order, to which she replied yes. I could see on the screen that she typed in McMuffin and I said no, again it is the SMOKEY GOUDA ON A BAGEL. Again silence. Asked again if she heard my order and if she got the extra hashbrown I also ordered and she said yes. I paid and was told to pull up to wait for my order. Another car was ahead of me and after giving them their order the delivery person confirmed to me that I was waiting for a bagel breakfast sandwich and they were just getting my extra hashbrown ready. After waiting 10 mins I was given the order and I only checked for the extra hashbrown to make sure they hadn't missed it. I should have checked the sandwich but it was at the bottom of the bag, and I assumed after repeating my order numerous times they had gotten it right for once. Only after getting to work did I realize they had given me a BLT! I hate BLTs and this is not the first time they had replaced my bagel breakfast sandwich order with a BLT. The last time it happened I called and a "manager" took my information down and said I could come by for a free breakfast sandwich. When I went in the next day the person at the drive thru said they had no record of the complaint and was quite rude. I called again today and spoke to Dan who was very nice this one star is just for him. He assured me that they have my information down and I can get a free breakfast sandwich with no time limit. Let's see tomorrow if he's being honest. If not, I won't ever be back again. UPDATE: Went the next day and got the free breakfast sandwich. Did have to wait a bit but at least they got it right this time.
Brought the family and part of the order was a double quarter pounder. I received a single quarter pounder with the slip stating it was a double. No biggie was nice when I went up to have it corrected. The woman in front of me at the counter then over heard a guy from their assembly line state " I didn't have enough patties and was hoping she wouldn't notice that i only gave her one" could not beleive what I heard. They were very busy and I watched the kitchen staff never stop. They were working hard and I can understand mistakes happened and I dont mind waiting for my order when their thay busy but what he was caught saying was absolutely unacceptable. To the rest of the hard working staff, great job. To that one individual, your ignorance, negligence and lack of communication with your team proves your poor work ethic. Please learn from your mistake and stop bringing your team down
Worst mcdonalds ever my big Mac was disgusting. Yellow lettuce just flopped together sauce everywhere . I just put in garbage can. Water down pop taste like water. Fries cold charged me 15.00 bucks trash

Order a Habanero chicken sandwich and received what's in the photo below. I hope the Habanero flavor is in the chicken and not the topping since I don't have much. Also ordered a chocolate milkshake but never received a straw which I found out might have been a good thing as I received tastes like half chocolate and half strawberry and kind of disgusting. I should know better but I keep going back. Maybe when the Burger King opens up I will try there. I should know better but we went back and got this mcflurry for my daughter. Mentioned it to the person at the window who said "have a nice day" then closed it. Called and was told they are done by weight. If that is true something is wrong.
Port Colborne McDonald's has the most disgusting food I have ever had at a McDonald's anywhere in Canada. . I asked for well done fries they came cold and uncooked I took them back to be served the same fries. I asked for fresh well done he said these are fresh how well done do you want them very rude young man. I received the same cold fries I was complaining about. The big Mac was cold with so much sauce on it I wore it. I am so disgusted in everything from food to service!! I will Never come back to Port Colborne McDonald's ever again and will never recommend to anyone Very Disgusted S.Reilly
10/10 would recommend, was absolutely stunned on how amazing these menu items tasted, especially the ketchup packets they were my favorite especially mixing it in my drink.
