Staff here are real pleasant and happy to fix any mistakes. New management is awesome change. As everyone makes mistakes nice to know they will happily fix. No one is perfect and the food is great! Thank you HARVEYS for caring about your customers I will happily visit again.
Typically not a terrible experience but tonight was the worst. Went through drive thru and I’ll give the benefit of the doubt they were busy inside, with a line too in drive thru, but I waited atleast 15 mins in the line before getting my items. Regardless, they were completely out of white meat so I tried to get two JR crispy chickens instead, they gave me two regular crispies, aswell as the fries are so visibly undercooked. Not sure what’s been going with the staff but honestly seems like their quality over all has gone down the last few months, even when I do get the right order it’s always older product that I can tell shouldn’t have been used.
This location is actually a Harvey's/Swiss Chalet. Food was good and prepared quickly by friendly staff. Restaurant was clean with an overall pleasant atmosphere.Food: 4/5
By far the worst experience we have had in this location, 7pm dinner after a full work day outside, all we were looking for was dinner for three, first off front cashier was chewing gum, not a big deal, however taking our order 3x 1/4 chicken white meat combos, side fries, rootbear all three eat in. cashier says not sure if we have white meat, but will have to check, then sets up order for take out, I intervened mentioned eat in "right" . Then we have no plates, is a box ok. I agreed, then my 3 dinners sat under heat lamp for several minutes taking that fresh hot serving away, then another prep person says can bring to your table, we wait another few minutes for that to happen, then we are asked would you like some utensils, yes please or we eat with our hands, no drinks made it too the table, I went up to the counter to retrieve them myself, not big deal for that. You have two peoples work front counter one on drive thru and other finishing final preps on condemmints,only one really getting things done, the rest not sure what to do, therefore stack of plates on garbage cans still there when we left. Look like lots of workers and no direction or deligating of priority jobs. If your owner operator manager this should be addressed, just my two cents for what it's worth. Feel free to contact. Harvey's is pretty consistent in quality and service. No surprise here. They still make the best fast food burgers around. Choose your burger and select from a large array of toppings and condiments. There's a McDonald's on one side here and an A&W on the other side. There's a Wendy's just around the corner. This is the best choice of the four, hands down. Don't waste your time and money on the other ones.
Harvey’s has the nicest staff, I usually go get my redbull slushies daily, they always make the best recommendations and the best slushies! If you want good service I would definitely recommend coming to this location/restaurant!
Wow just wow. Stood there listening to 3/4 staff talking and laughing swearing not watching the front counter … waited and waited… then when I turn around and walk away .. shaking my head staff rudely yelled out “why you walking away shaking your head?” Maybe If you payed better attention to your customer and who is waiting for service. I would of placed my order… wow
They have a really awesome team at this Harvey's! The food is always consistently good. It's my go to place for take out in Port Colborne
Tonight my daughter got to pick. Where She wanted to have her birthday dinner she picked Harvey's I must say the staff there was amazing they where friendly and fast and all the staff had a smile on there face even tho they where very busy I hope that who ever owns this knows how truly great there staff is
Quick and efficient service through the the drive thru. Poutine was hot and fresh. Loved the 2 blueberry pies. Kid-friendliness: 5-6 kids meal offerings. Parking: 10-12 parking spots close by and then mall parking behind the building.
