When I went in, it seemed a little dirty and unorganized, but it’s usually clean and the food is very well cooked and very tasty. My first Junior chicken wasn’t crispy so I asked for another one they had no problem. These guys just closed almost 40 min early. Went to the door and was ignored went to the drive through and was ignored. Now Because we’re polite we’ve been wait for our online order almost 15min putting it at 9:45pm we went to the window and gave a little honk in case the speaker was busted and the acknowledged that they heard and saw us, but ignored us. Not even the Courtesy coming over, opening the window, and letting us know you’ve closed a bit early. This isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service here. It’s really too bad bc I know there are good kids working in there… hope they correct this soon.
I'm sitting in Mcdonald's and one of the female employees was claiming to be native when a male employee asked her if she really was and if she had native status she said she was only joking and that she could never be native and laughed about it. Like, first of all, that's not okay to joke about an entire culture and second of all, what do you mean by 'you could never be native'? This is why there's so much stigma surrounding native culture and just cultures in general. Like common people do better!
Probably consistently the worst customer service. They never have a full menu something is always out or broken and speed of service just is not thereFood: 3/5
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very slow and dirty. They didn’t have pancakes at 9:30am and the sausage & egg english muffin my boyfriend got instead gave him food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE!!
Excellent service from the lady serving me. I dropped my tea in the vestibule going out of the restaurant and she gave me a new one and was really nice!Food: 3/5
Ended up being 12 minutes for 3 L fries. Watched the drive through clear out twice and people drive away with fries. When I finally got them, they were cold with no salt. Yum, cold potato mush. They don't have large drinks most of the time, No pies Chicken nuggets meals are $3 more than standard
this is, by a distance, the worst mcdonalds in the world. I've been missing items no less than 5 times in a row.
Very slow drive thru. Small restaurant for size of town and area. Attached gas station always has no fuel too. Build a proper one please!
