Stopped by for dinner here on a weeknight, after visiting Niagara Falls on the way back home. It’s a good location, right off the QEW. We dined in. The service was prompt, they weren’t too busy. Shani was great. The espresso machine wasn’t working so he upsized the original medium regular latte order to an XL coffee. One of our party was vegetarian so he was very accommodating and let us order a custom veggie sandwich with burger buns. We ordered double double coffees and they tasted great. We also ordered the new McCrispy Spicy Chicken Burger and it was good, not too spicy though. We had a big order and it was prepared in a timely manner. Shani even gave us donuts at a discount. Even though they close at 11 they didn’t rush us as we cut it quite close to closing. The washrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. They have a great sitting space with lots of tables. Keep up the good work!
Staff are super friendly and helpful. I prefer to use the online ordering and have them bring it to my car, and the staff are all really great. I have had quite a few errors with my orders but they are always cheerfully and quickly fixed.Food: 4/5
Absolutely horrible staff working at this location. That’s all I have to say don’t know how they do not confirm orders whatsoever I’ve tried four different times on four different occasions to order from this location and they do not confirm the order for up to an hour and then I have to cancel it and then I don’t get dinner because I work till 9 PM every single day. So I think management / the franchise owners should know that your employees are losing you money consistently. Absolutely annoyed. Lol
Drive thru is a disaster. I’ve never seen such chaos and the wait is brutal. If I see anymore than 2 cars when I pull in, I don’t bother and even 2 cars is sometimes is a long wait. The sad part is that it’s no better inside and the place is dead. I can’t for figure it out. I only get coffee so I can’t image what the wait or quality is for food orders.
Awful customer service. Went in drive thru on my lunch break Gave my order then drove up to the window. Asked 5 times what I ordered by same person. After 10 minutes at the window manger came up to help the kid at the window to then ask me again what my order was. After another 2 minutes of them standing there I said never mind and left. Very disappointed in this store and ruined my lunch as didn’t have time to stop anywhere else.
Always good. It's nice to be back in Beamsville and this is a good place to stop when needing food if heading to Niagara Falls/Toronto. One funny thing is that they put pickles on the side of my Big Mac bun. Also one of the Order Kiosks blue screened. Vegetarian options: It has some things like Apple Pies, and Big Mac with no patties. Parking: Pretty decent sized parking lot for Beamsville
My mother and I came in around 8:05 and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting. Then we got our order which proceeded to be wrong. Simply a burger with no pickles; which had pickles on it. Waffle fries; where it only had 7 waffle fries and had regular fries to fill the rest. And a ranch dip; which we never got. We will never be returning to this location.
McDonalds Beamsville. Can they get anything right? Do they know when French fries have staled out? Do they know how much salt is enough salt for the fries? Maybe The difference between chicken and beef? If they CAN screw it up, THEY screw it up. But it’s the only close McDonalds soooooo guess they got us by the eyelids. #hirebetterpeople
Should not prefer this location if you want to enjoy a real mcdonalds meal. The customer service is even worser. I took 4 meals nd when i asked for ketchup nd mcchk sauce they told us its paid. Like seriously ?? Is this the service is provided by mcdonalds ??? I believe should not go there again.
1 star is too many. No syrup in the Coca Cola. Wrong chicken sandwich. Fries should have been upsized and were half empty … just like several of the other reviews about this location. The female at the drive thru window was rude. Time and time again we give this location another chance to redeem. But sadly we are disappointed. And when I called … The manager “passed me off” to someone else because he only had 45 minutes left in his shift. His words ! Having been a manager at McDonalds in my younger years I know the level of service that is expected. Sadly this Beamsville location fails miserably over and over. Maybe we should take a lesson and avoid it in future.
