I normally don't visit KFC people are usually rude. I have some dietary restrictions and no one ever seems to care nor help me when it comes to ordering from their establishment. Morgan went above and beyond making me feel extremely welcomed and checking ingredients to make sure I knew what I could order! Usually I feel bother some but she made me feel more than welcome and like I mattered as a person! Will be back very soon! I wish all customer service employees were as nice and as genuine as she was with me today!
Bought a 6 piece chicken meal with two sides for $28 as a treat for my grandson and myself. The chicken was terrible. The coating was dripping grease, tasteless and didn't even resemble the KFC I used to know not to mention how much it has gone up for the little amount you're getting. One piece of breast which was tough. The rest was a mixture of unrecognizable pieces of horrible chicken backs, one leg and a chicken wing. Not one bit of this meal was enjoyable. So disappointed and will never buy there again!!!
Ordered online on Feb 3rd. Attended at the specified time to find that the fill in manager Lovepreet hadn’t even looked at the order. When I asked for a comment card with store number on it she stated “good luck” to the young cashier and simply walked out, leaving the cashier in shock, speechless and unable to prepare my order. I ended up leaving with no chicken and attempted to file a complaint with KFC without success. In fact they have ignored me until today 25th, and as such I have decided to make this complaint public. I hope the employees of the Beamsville store read this. Your company doesn’t care about you, you shouldn’t sacrifice any more of your time there. Quit. Shame on you KFC. We won’t be going back. Popeyes from now on.
I had an unfortunate experience at another location and Morgan took time out of her day to help me, out of her own time. Astounding customer service from her and I’ll definitely be paying this location a visit from that interaction with her alone!
Been a while since I got a bucket of chicken from KFC, popped in today and the staff were very happy people, which makes me feel better when other people are handling my food. I'll be going back again!Food: 5/5
Always used to love KFC. Reminded me of summer time picnics with family and friends. WHAT HAPPENED??? Here's a picture of 2 thighs and 1 leg!! I placed a Mini Babybel cheese on the plate for size reference, they are 1.5" round, or the size of a chicken nugget. What a disgrace to consumers and to the original KFC brand that I so fondly loved for many years. I wondered if it might just be this Beamsville location? So I also tried a Hamilton KFC location....same result! 10 piece bucket is now $30 only chicken, no sides but you're actually only getting 10 chicken nuggets when bone is removed! The prices went UP substantially, and the product is now incredibly SMALLER!! The Colonel is gone, and KFC won't survive much longer cheating customers this way! Shame on you!
Placed an order at 530 through the app for pickup at 630, food was not ready until 720 so nearly a 2 hour wait. Then I get home and half of the order is missing they couldn't even manage to put fries in the bag.
Both meals were luke warm. The plant based was dried out. Not happy with the meals at all!Food: 1/5
Morgan is what makes this place run smoothly... she is super friendly, very informative and always super positive and attentive everytime we come in.. ill always come here as long as Morgan is employed. Kid-friendliness: always super friendly if I have my kids with me,...goes the extra mile to be friendly to them too and make them feel special
Arrived around noon today. I just wanted a chicken sandwich. I asked the cashier if I could get just a sandwich. She said, “for sure”. So far, so good. I handed her a $20 and realized my sandwich was costing almost 11 bucks! I asked her about it a few times and she said, “nope, it’s $10.89 for just the sandwich.” I asked her how much IS the combo. She said, “it’s like a few dollars more, you should’ve gotten the combo”. Upon checking the online prices provided for this location I found that the combo is 10.89. I still have no idea what the sandwich alone costs. I would imagine that I’m not the only one ordering just a sandwich. One more thing….the young lady took my cash, provided change and prepared my meal without washing her hands or wearing gloves. There appears to be a few issues here that need addressing.
