Arrived Saturday, December 3rd at 4:18 pm. Ordered a coffee, donut and grilled cheese. The first two weren’t made but I assumed because the grilled cheese would be made first. After standing for not too long, a worker asked if I was waiting for a plain bagel. I said no it was a grilled cheese. He began making it. I inquired about the coffee and donut and they then started it. He handed me the grilled cheese on a filthy item stand at the counter and I asked for a new bag for the grilled cheese which he obliged. I pulled the sandwich out of the bag and it was raw. The grated cheese tumbled into the garbage. The camera will show what my words cannot. Nobody paying attention does this. Incredulous, I requested a new one. Quickly thereafter, I was given a new sandwich and hopped in the car. The accompanying photo is the SECOND attempt. The first one, along with the entire interaction, is all on camera. I opened it and it was not melted whatsoever. Not as bad as attempt one but terrible. We returned and asked for a third one. The three employees were 16 years old by their own admission and apparently feel they should be shielded from calmly articulated, customer complaints. That’s insane. You work in customer service and you blame the person lodging the complaint? Complaining is not yelling. Incompetence isn’t the word here. Whether they’re 16 or 61, it’s absurd. There is room for 3-4 cars from order box to window. That’s the extent of their drive thru volume. There weren't any customers in the store. There’s no sense of duty let alone urgency. This is what the social justice types have brought to our youth. Entitlement and zero awareness of how to conduct themselves in a professional environment. I had a job at 14 and they were tough. I’m now proud of that tough love. It builds character to face the world. Definitely gonna be reaching out to the owner. The incident was so much worse than penned here.
Ever since I moved here Ive frequented this location and have met very friendly and cheerful staff. I mostly just wanted to talk about the soup, something about this locations chicken noodle soup is incredibly delicious compared to other locations where it feels like something from a can. The broth is thicker and the chicken is spiced well and feels hand-shredded.
Drive through takes 20 minutes to a half hour with not even 8 cars. Every time I go they get the order wrong and I have to return to fix the order. They also think it’s appropriate to serve severely burnt bagels and un stirred coffee. Didn’t even ask for it to be toasted might I ad. I avoid this Tim horrors often but sometimes I swear I have amnesia and convince myself they have magically got better management and can actually produce some good product in a timely manner. And every time something like this is served to me.
The worst Tim Horton's in the industrialized world. Horrible. It has nothing to do with the employees who are often dealing with long lineups in store & drive thru. They are great. It's management/ownership who refuses to staff properly & have menu items available to purchase.
its a nice location but managed very poorly. went through the drive thru today and made the mistake of not changing my clothes afterwards…. not that i should have to but ive smelt like the inside of their stale restaurant for the rest of the day.. time to maybe filter your air that’s absolutely disgusting.. now its falling apart and they’re in no rush to fix it. Makes you think if the owner is getting ready to sell
By far, the worst Tim Hortans I have ever been to. Over the past 3 years there has been no improvement; extensive waits in drive through minimum 10 minutes, in addition to unreasonable waits inside - at least 15 minutes, and unprofessional/untrained staff in restaurant. Today I went inside to get 3 small coffees as there was more than 10 cars waiting in drive through. 3 people in front of me, all getting only coffee and I waited for 25 minutes. During this time I watched as staff handled food; Timbits, croissants, and muffins bare handed while wiping their hands in their pants in between. I was told that the wait was due to “under staffing” - there were a total of 9 people working/hanging out. Will never return to this franchise.
Nice little Tim Hortons with a fake fireplace and casual atmosphere. What I liked was that they even had high chairs for kids. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the place was mostly clean.Food: 4/5
6pm October 16/2022 Waited 20+ mins to not receive my 3 coffees. Watched he/she at store front stand and joke around with his work colleagues after I made my order, then realized he/she had to make two fresh batches of coffees. didn't have time for a refund, I had to leave or I'd be late for work. Ps. I was the only one in line
consistantly the worse tim hortons you will ever go to every single time....If you like waiting 15-20 mins for your coffee this is your place! Never fails every single visitService: 1/5
Walked in the rain with two toddlers and the door is locked. No sign. Called and was told the dining room is closed for the rest of the day - again, no further explanation. Wasn’t the first time this has happened.
