We were very disappointed. We did not get straws. They gave us this ridiculous portion of “big” fries. The meat was very dry, so they had it in warmer for long time. We had everything in 1 bag, so sauces were warmmayo. If i would have chance I would ask to get my money back… Delivery guy was nice.

This restaurant made a huge step forward and is very good. Quality is great and staff caring. What else you need to know : fast Drive in sometimes there is a line but not long in time.
18.02.2023 at 00:30 in the night. Drive In. A blond czech woman refused to take the order in english and even did go so far to call the cops who did happen to stand around. In the end she ignored any attempt to order/speak with her, just like her colleague when we complained about his colleague he did just close the window at the drive in and vanished. This is such a unacceptable behaviour that the first time ever i involved the McDonalds headquater in Chicago to investigate this franchise owner and the behaviour of his employes. At least for parts of this incident we luckily got video documentation. Whoever those employes are, they should be fired right away!
No air conditioning! Only 3 ordering screens. The girl at Mac cafe refused to take the order. She was busy. After 10 min waiting all wet left for gas station. Got coffee in 2 min.
Better than McDonald's in the USA! They pay close attention to detail and actually care about getting your order correct. I loved it.
3.3.2022 The young waitress at this McDonald's has a terrible attitude. When the machine didn't print the ticket, I asked the young waitress and got no response! Neither English nor Czech responded. I need an extra bag for packed food when I finish ordering take out and no response to requests! Service attitude is very badmade me very uncomfortable

I and my friend got very severe food poisoning from tasty chicken's at this McDonald last Friday. Took us a week to fully recover from this experience. Eating here is a risk and people should know, that what they are paying for might be a life threatening adventure. KJ
Fast service and a very clean restaurant when I visited. The food tasted good and everything was as expected when visiting a McDonald's restaurant.
