Come on! I’m positive whoever took this out of the toaster new it was burnt black!!! What is wrong with Tim Hortons now? The customer service is terrible. They practically throw your stuff out the window before you get there and there is no manners! Good morning, thank you, nothing like that! At least McDonald’s still greets you and says have a nice day, they aren’t so rushed to get you out. All it takes is 1 second to smile and be nice! I’m not going to Tim Hortons anymore! It’s so RUDE
Ordered a regular coffee one time. Came at a rather busy time so I understand the delays but when I tasted the coffee, it was not the regular coffee I know Tim Hortons are known for. Maybe i got a bad batch or the tail end of a brew but something was off, definitely
We dined in. There were more flies inside than outside. We had wraps the sauce in one of the wraps was leaking out, making it difficult to grasp the wrap. I was not impressed with the quality of the wraps all together. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, there is so much crumbs and paper, straw coverings all along the window ledge, you can see all the stuff from outside. I will not done inside again. Perhaps not even drive through.
They’re OK. Minus the swarm of flies they have all over the place. I told a worker that neither of their bathrooms have toilet paper and she looked at me like I was dumb and did absolutely nothing about it…People are touching everything and using the exact same gloves they touch their food with. the lack of hygiene here has grossed me out to the point I’ll likely never come back.
Your order will come out randomized like always. I don't think they are even listening when they take your order. Or it's kitchen messing everything up. It's crazy how consistent tim hortons can be at being inconsistent. Doesn't matter the location. No coffee taste the same and they never have the right amount of cream or sugar. No clue how they have gotten this bad since covid started.
I am very disappointed with their Amercano coffee as it tastes like the original brewed coffee of other locations, despite requesting bringing into their knowledge of the issue. I got an Americano. Which is the worst coffee I have ever had. It's like very dilute and barely tastes or smells coffee. I would appreciate it if the franchise addressed the issue with their store team.
Asked for steep tea at 0435pm ,said you have to wait as they are making new one. I told that’s fine I can wait but by the time I arrived at window she already had my tea ready but when I tried it was not steep tea .mixed with some other tea . Never happened with me before .
This Tim Horton’s location must have no customer service training, never mind basic sanitary standards. My coffee cup was handed to me with a sticky syrup on its surface, with no cup sleeve, even though it was piping hot. They didn't provide me with napkins even though I ordered a glazed donut. When I asked for napkins, I got the stink eye and asked why I needed a napkin. I then asked, “where is my receipt; it should be in my bag.” Her response was, “nobody wants receipts; why do you?” I wish I were a CRA agent at that very moment. I will NEVER return to this location, and I will never order coffee and food from this location for my business site near there.
Terrible customer service lady was giving attitude for no reason not even a smile on her face and just look like she didn’t want to even work. Gave our order and didn’t have straws. had to ask for some but that was fine. If you don’t enjoy working why work there. If you filled with negativity the customer will be negative too.
Please have your employees read their customers order properly first before making the food cause we’re paying properly not to get a wrong order. And please if I paid for extra bacon I mean extra not just no extra cause i have paid for it like i didn’t ask for it for free, I know they’re tired but please still do your best at your job and slow down cause the faster you are the slower you will be with more mistakes that can happen.
