I had my Christmas party in McDonald hotel in Windsor. Very nice and helpful staff food was excellent. Bar is very nice and is on the top location in Windsor. highly recommended.
McDonald's is located next to the train station and opposite the castle. In general, it is worthy. The service is fast and convenient. The ticket queue will not surprise anyone anymore, but it is practiced here and it is good. For small orders, the waiting time is insignificant. The toilets are clean : I didn't like the places, they are too close, and therefore it becomes somewhat uncomfortable, since they are almost always packed with people. There is a second floor, but there is usually not enough space. I recommend visiting only small companies.
I normally order from just eat or Uber eats but it takes too long so I thought I would go in the restaurant and pick up myself.. whilst waiting for my order to be called out I witnessed many motorbike drivers coming in and getting three or four deliveries at a time from just eat and Uber eats at the same time… I’m sure drivers are only allowed to take two deliveries at a time.. I see now why orders take so long to get to my house because drivers are doing four deliveries at the time.. how can they guarantee food quality and temperatures when drivers are doing so many deliveries??? I will not be ordering off Uber eats or just eat again from here and I will not be eating here again.. staff should know that drivers are only allowed to take two deliveries at a time
Every single time we get Uber eats from this McDonalds something is missing or wrong. previous 2 times it has been a portion of fries and a cheeseburger, previously they have put big Mac sauce and ketchup together. today there was no cheese on the big Mac annoying because I'm paying over the odds for it to be delivered, But the food seams to get here fast! I don't expect McDonald's to be hot!
Visited here after a day in Windsor castle. Bit of a wait to get my food which was almost taken by someone else when my number was called out. Veg burger tasted good. Was hot and had fresh ingredients. Fries were crispy and hot. Kids also had McFlurrys which they enjoyed. Only complaint was that she put ice on my drink when I said no ice. But not overly bothered by that. Eating area was nice and clean. Toilets were dirty and had tissue all over the floor.
Food arrived an hour and a half after ordering, arrived freezing cold and items missing from the order. Every time we use the windsor store it never fails to disappoint. Such a shame!!
They had relaxing classical music playing, which was very different nice to relax to while eating tasty food Vegetarian options: A number of vegetarian and vegan meals are available. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice shallow ramp leading into the restaurant. Note that the footpath outside the restaurant is located on a steep hill, so if you are in a wheelchair that isn't self-powered, you will need someone to push Unless you are at the top of the hill, in which case you can roll down. Then descend the rest of the hill when you leave, and circle back towards one of the two lifts near the Windsor shopping centre.
Just like to shout out Maccies in Windsor amongst others, I find myself on the streets and the staff never ever judge me when I go into the restaurants. I am never denied toilet access. I just think it’s has a great ethos instilled into its staff and should be applauded! Now if you would just rewire the plug sockets it would be perfect! Lol Well done to top brass and of course the staff too…
Nice McDonald staff was very good and help full. One of the manager Ali G. Perfect example for customer care. Table service came within 3 min.
if you’re vibing around windsor and realise you need the toilet…do NOT use the mcdonald’s toilets!! they’re some of the most vile toilets in windsor and the regular ones are always out of order anyway, leaving just the single disabled toilet.
