Last couple weeks I went to this location to grab some food and I got wrong order with the right order number. There’s a manager called Jackie,I try to talked with her and let her know this is not my order. She talked to me like very rude. Never talk with me friendly and trying to argue with me. I don’t know what is wrong with her. Why she got a manager position if she doesn’t know how to handle with the customer please send her back to school. Also one of my friend works with Jackie and told me she’s not nice to work with the Co- workers. Please stop doing this and be nice to the people.
8 p.m. and the place is dead. Nobody in the Drive-Thru yet this is how the cheeseburgers come out. It would take five seconds to do it right Dec 2022- I have come back again... Shame. I didn't get everything I ordered after repeating myself twice. 3 items Plus the egg had a pink stain and a piece of lettuce stuck to it.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've lived all over Canada.... Terrible service, rarely has decaf coffee available in the morning, and employees are generally unhappy most likely due to poor management. I would recommend going to any other location if available
Okay place, nothing too special or too bad about it. I ordered the hot chocolate and it had no chocolate in it at all. Tasted like plain steamed milk. When I finished it , the bottom of my cup had chocolate stuck to it. I don’t know what they did back there to make this drink.
This is an extremely high-volume McDonalds location easily the most busy in the West Shore and potentially the whole South Island. I usually visit and grab a coffee on the weekends. Experience varies with long wait times not uncommon even when ordering a coffee. Also have had one experience when I had to argue with a staff member that there was no cream in my iced coffee and she insisted there was yes, it was completely black…. Also, a frequent hang out for teenagers. Have witnessed some questionable behaviour from the teens vaping in restaurant, dumping makeup bottles on tables etc. Although some of these experiences can be interesting it is overall a good central Langford location and have never had issues with the actual food and drink beyond the normal McDonalds experience. The inside of the restaurant is also a decent size for dine in enjoyment.
I come here 3.50 am drive through told me they are closed for 30 minutes. They are keep telling they are closed for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes wait again 30 minutes more. It 24 hour open. Why they closed??
Very clean staff very friendly and quick. It was cool to be able to order on the self serve computer and have an option to have the food brought to your table.Food: 4/5
Always reliable in the drive-thru I'm usually there between 7 and 9pm. All the workers I've encountered have a great attitude!
