Nice staff very helpful . Abit dirty on the outside of the building but has public washrooms and you can use your Petro points with your 711 account and get double the points for gas and anything in the store. I'm a points collector so i enjoy coming here for all my convenience needs.
Last year I did not have a good review about this store but coming back in recently I had noticed there is new staff and management other than a few others from last year I have to say the staff was very nice very attentive to serving myself and other customers the store is well stocked and organized.
I paid $18.99 for a "premium" carwash. When I drove away my entire car was not only covered in sand and mud, but completely scratched from front to back and up the hood. I went inside and asked for a manager but was told they wouldn't be in until Monday. Even the employee was shocked at how badly the condition of my car was in and asked if they could take pictures. I then took my car to be looked at by a professional and was told the cost to fix all of the damage was in the thousands of dollars. I still hadn't heard from the manager on Monday, so I had to take it upon myself to reach back out to the store. The manager answered the phone, then placed the phone down on the counter and left me listening to him serve customers for over 4 minutes. When he picked the phone back up he informed me that he is too busy working. I explained the entire situation and emphasized how much it was going to cost to fix, only to be told that the car wash cannot scratch cars and I have made the entire story up. He then told me to never expect anyone to call me back as I'm "complaining of a small scratch" and then hung up on me. I then left a formal complaint with their corporate office and never heard back from them. This 7/11 cares more about taking your money from you than they do providing you a service. Do not ever go here and waste your money! Not only is their car wash garbage, but their customer service is even worse.
I was just in there, and noticed the staff were very kind to eachother and helpful. I thought it was great to see in the middle of rush hour. Always friendly to me everytime I visit!
Terrible customer service. My partner saw that that they have a policy that if they don’t ask you if you want a car wash when you pay for gas, then they will give you one free. My partner asked if they were still doing this and the guy at the counter told him he had already asked he hadn’t. The dumb thing is we came for the car wash and probably would’ve paid for it anyways if the guy hadn’t been so rude and immediately told my partner to “get out of here”. My partner even called the manager to check about the policy and he basically said it wasn’t his problem and clearly didn’t care about the terrible customer service. Seeing the other reviews I’m glad we didn’t get the car wash and we will never be back. My recommendation: Go literally anywhere else for your gas station needs.
The man working there was so rude. He was mumbling every time he spoke so I could barely hear him. I asked for 3 taquitos in the cream cheese/jalapeño flavour and he said they didn’t have it, and that they haven’t had it in weeks. So I told him how about the buffalo chicken flavour instead . He told me they weren’t ready yet so I said that’s ok I can wait. And I guess he must’ve mumbled saying it was going to be 20 minutes and just didn’t ring them up at all. So as I am standing there waiting for the taquitos he comes over to me and says “I told you twice it’s going to be a wait and I don’t think you heard me”. And I said “yes I know I said I would wait”. His response was “it’s a 20 minute wait”. I would’ve waited the 20 minutes or even picked another flavour if I knew he wasn’t going to give me any at all. If he wasn’t so rude I would’ve just ordered after the fact. Won’t be returning back here.

Before leaving my house I searched Google for places that were open 24 hours and this 7-11 came up. I went here at about 11:45pm on April 3rd, all of the lights were on, but the doors were locked. It looked like you were able to get gas, but the store itself was closed to customers. Not truly 24 hours.
Staff was eating from the hot case, hands all over everything. And continued eating while I was waiting for him to ring me up. Sat there for about a minute before he finally stopped eating.
Just went through the car wash. Paid $13.99 for a "Full Wash". My truck came out almost the same way it went in. The truck was not that dirty. I called and spoke with a manger, I said I would pay the difference for the premium wash but he said NO there was nothing he can do and would not give me a refund on the original purchase. VERY POOR SERVICE.
