Honestly the worst "meal" I've had in years. The chicken was so gross, overcooked and 90% bones and batter with no meat. The fires were a soggy mess that tasted like freezer burn and old oil. My 7 year old daughter's favorite food is chicken fingers. She had one bite and projectile spat it out. She's never done that in her life! Save yourself and skip this place. I don't know how you mess up a franchise recipie, but they have managed to on all fronts!!! Pretty much the entire meal ended up in the garbage.
If I could give zero start, I absolutely would. This place has absolutely no understanding of customer service. I went in about 20 minutes before their closing time. The employees noticed as we entered, then they hurried off to their back room. I waited in the restaurant for service for about 5 to 10 minutes. Still no sign of employees at all. I had to ask for help multiple times. When I finally shouted out "Excuse Me"to get help, one of them came out. She let me know that they close in 10 minutes. I would not have been upset if they cant serve because I got there late. The thing I cannot understand is that they completely ignored me after noticing that I came inside, and made me wait for them for no reason. The least they should have done is letting me know that it is too close to their closing time or they have already cleaned their equipment. Unless you want to experience what absolute trash customer service looks like, I recommend avoiding this location.
I ordered a boneless bucket delivered to my home, all the package was close and good managed from the delivery, when we were eating the food I took some fries and after some bites I ended taking a long hair from my mouth. Need to take care of your quality control!
Of the 8 thighs and legs I received with my order, all but one was criminally small. When I complained, all they could say was "we will try to do better". There was no offer of reimbursement, or compensation. It would appear, that they will somehow wish their chicken legs and thighs to become larger through corporate. Well I wish you luck with that.
Waited 45 mins for this. Won't be back until they can get it together. Used to be good. Jan 2023 Update: I belive they have done some hiring and restructuring and the food is much better, they are much quicker and they have improved their hours. We once again enjoy going here from time to time!
literally sat in the drive through for like 10-20 minutes WITH OUR FOOD SITTING THERE ON THE COUNTER BEHIND THE WINDOW while several people were cleaning or restocking. there was nobody else in the drive through and probably not many people inside. and then he didn't even give us a straw with our drink.
Never again. It's a 50/50 chance if your order will be correct. That includes going inside. Last time we came home and broiled the raw chicken. Bad training or they just don't care. Consider yourself lucky if one of them is even polite.
Always have a great experience at this location. Customer service is amazing, food is delicious, and this establishment has become a family favourite! Highly recommend going here
Good food for an ok price but bad management. Asked for no mayonnaise and they put it on my chicken then I asked for a new one and they wouldn’t take it back then tried to charge me if I wanted a new one. Horrible service 1/5 I would have put 0 but the food was ok
Ordered a 3 piece combo and they gave me nothing but fries, third time this has happened.
