ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. What a mess for a successful franchise, what a joke. I have attempted to speak with management and the manager wouldn't even gime me her name. I have called corporate and nothing. Out of my last 10 orders, 7 have been incorrect. They say they are training, but this has been happening for months.Food: 3/5
Staff is very rude, demanding, unfriendly. Orders are constantly incorrect. Very displeased with my recent experiences here. I'll not be going back again. Harvey's will be my new eatery I supposeFood: 2/5
Yet again, coffee had wrong mix and food order had wrong sandwich. I never noticed wrong order contents until arriving at work. I poured coffee down the drain, and tolerated the sandwich received. I will no longer be tempting fate with this drive through location anymore. No reason for this service at all, the drive through was not even busy when I pull through.
3 times in a row now I have recieced my son's happy meal without a toy. This time I asked specifically to make sure he would get it. No sauce for the nuggets, cold fries. So disappointing. Kid-friendliness: Kids know there's supposed to be a toy, it's not an area to drop the ball.

This McDonald's impressed me .... it was extremely busy but the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. They gave us an electronic device to place on our table and the food was brought to us when it was ready which I've never experienced before. Usually McDonalds has you standing by the counter waiting for your food. All and all a really good experience.
Took 25 minutes to get food, food was cold, cheese slices not even on the burger and most of toppings don't even end up on the burgers. Garbage was overflowing, tables were sticky and gross. Kid-friendliness: They have a play place

Exceedingly polite and efficient staff today. These young workers are a credit to their employer and themselves.
