My husband and I wanted to get some KFC so we decided to try a nearby store. It was absolutely horrendous. We waited in line after 2 people, when we got there one guy ordered his food, they then took 10 minutes to even see the lady in front of us. They took her order and made her wait for confirmation and her receipt for another 10 minutes. We stood in line as the next customers for almost 15 minutes without anyone even looking at us. We were in there for almost 30 minutes and the man who ordered food when we arrived still had not gotten his order. We seen 2 other people leave because of the wait. They had more concern on serving the drive through customers. The entire time the lady ahead of us was ordering, the employee was talking to them and telling them one second. After being there for 40 minutes without anyone even looking at us we decided to leave. Never going back again. Also to add, every single drive through order was fulfilled before the first customers that we saw when we arrived.
Always a long wait, but somehow tonight when I went there, the "fast food chicken restaurant" ran out of chicken. Said I'd need to wait 20 to 25 minutes for them to make a new batch. It was not busy, only one other in line and only 730pm, over 2 hours before closing.Food: 1/5
Very clean up to date store, Food is not dry, and hot & fresh. Lots of dine in space out back, entrance from streets on either side. Drive thru also is very convenient!Food: 5/5
Granted it's been a longtime since we last ate KFC. Where is the Mac & Cheese? Got home to find we got two large creamy macaroni containers, even though I asked for Mac & Cheese. Checked the menu & saw it is no longer there. Granted it's been awhile since we've had KFC, but it's not worth it without the original Mac & Cheese. All I think is, what were you thinking? P.S....after tasting the Creamy Macaroni it got put in the dumpster!
Overall good experience. I waited until my second visit to post as the first visit could have been smoother, but the second visit was much better.
Chicken was good, fries were soggy, and burnt, they also forgot our big crunches. *edit* they took down our info and made up for the big crunches, but this kind of thing happens a lot there, unfortunately.
I was not going to write a bad review, but the more I think about how I was treated the more I'd like to warn people. Today I ordered 3 meals online. We waited the alloted time and went through the drive thru to pick up. We get home and although there are 3 meal boxes, one of the meals has been split into 2 boxes. Silly mistake of misreading the order. So I call in to request the remainder of the food I ordered. The first young lady I spoke with was sweet, but needed to pass my call off to another woman. From the second she got on the phone I could tell she was having a bad day. Before I even managed to get out what my actual problem is, this woman proceeds to speak quite loudly over me, start explaining to me what she thought was in my order... she rants and raves not letting me get a word in edge wise, explaining to me several times i got 2 meals but they put 1 in 2 seperate boxes. I had to yell 'mam!' At her... to which she said 'what!' I said ' I got 3 meals'... I then wait for her to verify, she says she will make up the meals. I tried to ask how long until it would be done... to which she proceeded 'I'm sorry, good bye' in a snide voice and hung up the phone without responding to me. When I arrived she was tossing my chicken in boxes, yelled towards my general direction about splitting this one up into seperate boxes as well, then walked out of site. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in customer service. I could understand her response if I had been yelling, or rude... but I was calm and polite from the moment the call connected. But I hope the woman I had an interaction with today reads this. I hope you're nicer to the next customer, especially if the mistake is your own. No one deserves to be spoken to like that... I hope tomorrow you have a better day and can find more patience with your customers.
I was very satisFRIED, it's a KFC, it's nice to have something other than a cheeseburger for a change.. The secret is to have the app to get online-only deals, and to not go when all those high school kids show up at lunch.
Great chicken but the prices went through the roof.Food: 4/5
I don’t know what happened, but we were overly impressed with our last order of chicken from here. The pieces were large, almost like they used to be in the past! It was also freshly made and tasted great. Service was quite friendly as well. Not what I was expecting.
