Worst branch I tried in Germany, atmosphere is bad, service is bad, coffee taste weird, and they don't have little thing like chocolate or cinnamon powder. I will be definitely not going there anymore.
apparently the barista didn’t know what ,,salted caramel Cold Brew” means. I saw with my eyes the vulgar barista told another new barista,,ich weiß nicht wieso macht keinen Sinn” and gave me a basic cold brew with milk without any caramel or any form of sugar. Let alone the narrow room and noises, for a Starbucks inside train station this store can be the top 1 worse experience on the journey .
The two male clerks were really unfriendly. Even after a week has passed, I can still remember that uncomfortable expression and tone of voice. I ordered a cafe latte, and the man gave me a pumpin latte, so I explained that i odered caffe latte, but he said, " i heard you said a pumpin latte!" It was unbelievable. Also i am not good at german so i couldn't understand their saying so they ignored me a little bit. I could feel it. I will never go to the store again.
The staff had a terrible attitude and threw the bank card in my hand after paying. A simple cup of hot chocolate was dirty, as if every employee here just came out of kindergarten on their first day of work
Have been here many times . Mr. Inderpreet singh is really a good man . He makes the best drinks in Starbucks ,he should be Promoted to Manager .. Starbucks you got very nice employes . Drinks were good place a bit small .
Nice staff indeed. Don’t know how many times one of the baristas has guessed my order, it’s very charming. One time they gave me an upsize for the regular price. The quality is as expected from Starbucks, guess I’m giving the fifth star because of his pretty eyes.
The quality of drinks is more or less the same as in other Starbucks Cafes. But the staff here is not very polite and attentive. As you shouldn't. By the way, the coronavirus restrictions are barely followed.
A lot of people are in queue and a lady is doing something else. She collected sweets from the shelves and approximately 10-12 people were waiting.
Pretty good. Serves it's purpose. Inside a very nice shopping mall, definitely like coming here after shopping and having a nice drink. Always clean and always friendly.
