Famous for being one of my Favorites Love riding my motorcycle over here and grabbing some food.. One of the best staffed ones, they need to clean a bit more, and fill the ketchup up.. I should be one of your Regional Managers, but you know how those people be.. Don't forget the BBQ SAUCE!!
The french fries were soggy and didn’t seem like they were fully cooked. That was after I gathered them all from the bottom of the bag because the box was upside down. The burger was dry which is a first as well.
Probably the worst managed McDonald's in all Ontario. There is no order to who gets served first. Be prepared to wait over 15 minutes for a basic burger and coffee when there is no one waiting before you in the store and plenty of people working. Been working in the food industry for over 12 years and never seen a more dysfunctional food service team.
The worst service of all!!! I had to wait over 20 minutes at curbside pickup for my order. When I went inside, there was no one inside but one customer. When I approached the staff, he told me that they were swamped. I asked for a refund, as I could not wait anymore. My order was there, sitting for I don't know for how long. I didn't get my refund. I got my order shoved in my hands, and cold food since it was just sitting there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
15min wait for a single burger, every single time I visit. Ridiculous. Prioritizes drive-through over walk in customers every single time. Asked for a partial refund for waiting 15mins for a single coffee and burger, manager asked me for the food back. Male manager is extremely polite, female evening 7pm manager is extremely rude. Disgusting location. Disgusting behaviour. I would give less than 1 star if possible.
Typical but can be VERY busy. Consider mobile order
We came to McDonalds while on vacation, excited for some delicious greasy food. We ordered a few breakfast meals, nothing fancy. We waited between 10-20 minutes for our food.When we got it we found that the bagels were hard and the McMuffins were not toasted. A lady there was waiting over 10 minutes for coffee and only got it when she asked one of the girls at the counter to make it. There was a manager and at least 3 other employees working so it's not like it was understaffed. The staff there seemed like they really didn't care, they didn't apologize to anyone for the slow service, never worked any faster no matter how long the line was or how many people we're waiting for food, and the employees didn't even know to take orders on the cash when people we're waiting. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. When I go to McDonald's I expect the same service across Canada. This McDonald's was, to say the least, the slowest one I've been to. I would not ever recommend going here, no matter how much you were anticipating the greasy food you expect.
Great customer service. Our McFlurries were a bit light on score bits. Went in to speak with them and didn't have to say too much before I was handed two new ones. Looked like the dispenser was fairly low.
Long line up. Very slow... Over the dinner hour. My grand big Mac looked like they built it through a game of throwing it onto the box layer by layer from a block away... kids meals fry were extra salty. And waited more than 5 min for a receipt...eventually gave up and drove away. If I had open the grand big Mac before we were too miles away I would have come back and complained. Not up to McD s standards for sure.
Consistently the wrong orders. The main reason for this review is for promoting one thing like pokemon but sliding the old toys into the happy meals instead of what's advertised. Customer service is non existent when they never answer the phone. Worst McDonald's in Canada.
