I was given the wrong order from the drive-through and never opened the bag until I got home I did not have time to go back ... The Red Wing McDonald's is a joke! I have had more problems than I care to remember ... Funny how they want higher pay, but can not give change without the computer ... Oh, and get orders, correct that's another story ...
Extremely unfriendly MANAGEMENT. Naticia couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful when it came to the kiosk. Had I been a customer at the counter I would’ve gotten different service. Was told to wait, and then the most she could do was tell us that she could only help us at the counter. Very rude, and had the audacity to call for Andy, the GM. Every other time we go to this McDonald’s, they mess something up. Rude and can’t do their job?
6th time i get a cheeseburger and the girl rang my burger wrong again no lettuce but did get. a hair but yeah i guess they dont pay attention?
Workers are always sad and not polite. Pants sagging hats tilted like there in an gang, shirts not even tuck in. No welcome when entering. This place has completely change since I used to work here. There is no courtesy here anymore it is dead
The service has been great at our last two visits. The recent remodel is really modern and open. Kid-friendliness: Games available inside for a fee. Parking: Very large on site parking lot
The food was okay. The customer service by the young man who must have been 14-15 taking orders at the first window he was exceptional. He handled the job very well and seemed quite competent for such an young one. Bet his parents are proud!!!! Also the customer service is the reason for 5 stars Kid-friendliness: They have kid employees who are good at there job and very competent and very friendly. Parking: Plenty of parking space. Wheelchair accessibility: They have lots of in front of store Handicap parking. And a ramp as well.
Seriously ... I am eating my mc chicken and this was what was in it. I have a son, if he would've got this one and choked.. idk who the manager is tonight but the lady with the red hair rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. I'm not going to lie and ask for 1.68 back. Now if it was a meal yeah go ahead roll your eyes. I AM DISGUSTED WITH MC DONALDS NOW. BUISNESS WILL BE ELSE WHERE. HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING ON A MC CHICKEN. LIKE SERIOUSLY??.
Coke tastes off, every sandwich I’ve ordered from here the bottom bun is sopping wet, soggy and full of grease. I just threw it away and called it a loss.
Right before close, the worker was nice the food was hot. Did the job just rightFood: 5/5
