I come here almost daily for close to 5 years and have never had any serious problems with the place other than quality of the food changes drastically depending on when you show up. Today I came in and ordered my food and asked for the taco to be chicken instead of beef. What I received was a chicken taco that had been originally made with beef then they dumped the beef out and put the chicken on top of it. As a person that worked at Taco Bell for almost 3 years and was a manager at one point I can tell you this is not what you're supposed to do. The tortilla should've been thrown away or set aside in case it was needed for the next order. Instead I received the most disgusting taco I've had to eat from here and I didn't get past one bite. Looks like I'll be more hesitant to eat here now if they can't get something simple like that figured out. I've included a picture to show what was left on one side of the taco but it doesn't show what left under the toppings as well.
Food was great! My son and I tried both breakfast and lunch portions and liked them both. They even had sweet tea. The dining room and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I even made a point to tell them before I left that they did a great job.
The Red Wing location has the very best employees. They are always so pleasant and upbeat. Drive thru always moving fast, and a smile at the window.Service: 5/5

We went here two nights in a row after TI, and both nights the people working the drive thru were so nice and had great manners! Nice to see
I usually don't review national chains, but I had to tell you about this. This locations CO2 tank had run out. So soda drinks were unavailable.... What a nightmare for them, on a Holiday Weekend Lunch Rush. I opted for water and was given a discount. I ate inside and listened as the staff were forced to explain this to each customer over and over again. These kids I mean way younger than me did an excellent job! Customers on the other hand were not so understanding, never the less these guys nailed it. It didn't de-rail the operation and everyone who worked there kept their cool and delivered the best service they could. This staff should be commended. Especially the manager who took the brunt of the rude impatient customers. Y'all rocked it!
Almost no lettuce on 3 tacos, cheese on 1 end. Requested hot sauce received none. No napkins.. all this by drive-through. Ordered via app. See photo.
Asked for sour cream overloaded, paid for it yet there was none in any of my 3 chili cheese burritos. Save your money for microwave burritos and get top the tator.Food: 2/5
It would be wonderful if management would know the business. Vegetarian options: 5 stars if the food isn’t cold. April 15th, 2023.
Staff were realtively friendly, although at the same time preoccupied with personal business amongst themselves, which somewhat affected service time. Food was as to be expected for a Taco Bell, nothing out of the ordinary for a chain restaurant.
