I am so sick of the mcds in Kaukauna, well, any of them. After getting ripped off several times with missing items, we gave them a 6 month time out. We recently went back, and shockingly, we were missing items again. So fed up with the horrible service, and them stealing our money. And when you call to complain, they say they will send you a coupon you never get. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE!! unless you have money to literally throw away, its not worth it!
Terrible service. Had to ask for my receipt. When I asked for a drink carrier the guy at the window gave me attitude. Then ordered 2 plain hamburgers for my dog, didn’t check them as they had the slip in the wrapper fed 1-1/2 to my dog when I realized they put onions on the hamburgers. Now at the emergency vet getting his stomach pumped.
Employees are super friendly. Employees work fast to get your order to you. I never had to wait long for my orders.Food: 5/5
The staff last night were really great! We brought my granddaughters to play in the play room, which was very chilly, but they had a great time!Food: 4/5
My Chicken sandwich I got for dinner tasted like a hard piece of leather... fries were cold. this is the 1st time in about 6 months here and I'll never go back
Outstanding service! This is a typical McDonald's. They are all very cookie-cutter. This particular location looks like it has the recent remodel, very updated. They have a Play Place which is hard to find nowadays. Also they have the self ordering kiosk, which is a plus.
I mean it is a fast food restaurant but like most this one is very unsanitary. There dine in is 85% of the time closed so that’s unhelpful, but like all McDonald’s the food is still good.
Love this McDonald's! Service is fast and pleasant every time and both inside and outside the building are clean
The staff who makes the burgers has no work ethic. The cashiers are always friendly.Food: 2/5
McDonald's is getting way over priced and it isn't as good as it used to be For what I received I couldn't went to any decent restaurant and get way better food
