I don't like how pricey everything is, but I must say I DO like the quality of my subs that I have been receiving! I had delivery twice this past week and I always received my food in under 30 minutes.. and even today I ended up going there and the staff is very polite and the food was done efficiently! I know no business is perfect all the time about every detail there is, but out of all the times I've been there, the customer service has been great and if I have questions they take the time to answer them and the quality of my food has been pretty good! To the staff thank you and keep up the good work!
Wonderful service. Love having it in the area. The new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich is I hope it stays forever.
Other than waiting an hour for freaky fast delivery that is only around the corner from your houseand paying over $30 plus delivery and a very gracious tip, yeah never again
Not so freaky day today. Waited for 25 minutes in the drive through for two sandwiches. Both cars in front of me waited just as long for theirs. Will not be coming back here any time soon.
This place gets your order wrong easily half of the time, have had slow delivery and to the wrong address too.
Freaky fast huh? I'm 2 minutes from the store and one sandwich took 45 minutes to get to my house. I would give them zero stars if I could.
21$ order never delivered. Store didn’t answer 4 separate calls throughout a two day span. Order number: 9407921230086144 Not a fan of scams. Update: never got a refund. Chargebacked and complaint being filed.
Stopped for a quick dinner. Only one in drive thru. Waited 15 min for 2 blts.. 3 people behind the counter. Last time totally messed up my order. Not only incompetent. But NOT freaky fast. Will find new location.
I frequent this kaukauna location often being that it is a convenient stop on my way home from work or lunch. I like many others in this review string have had certain instances where I have had to wait up to 20 minutes in the drive thru only to find out there is one car in front of me - I have received the wrong sandwich on multiple occasions and then to top it all off, yesterday in the drive thru, the cashier failed to give me my debit card back- went through the process to cancel my card and had to call them to figure out it was there. I do understand staffing is tough right now, but your team there needs to do a better job. Very frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this particular location being that I have given this spot multiple chances. To the owner of this location - it might be in your best interest to close down for a couple days in order to re-train all employees there.
Only have had Jimmy John's twice in my life. I'm not sure why I don't go more often but they never disappoint!!
