I am not a regular customer but once a year I get a taste for a Big Mac & fries. On a cold,  blustery day,  I thought I'd treat myself to an old memory of a bustling McDonald's, a hot meal & a reasonable price.  Yikes!  I'm greeted by no one! A big sign tells me to use a Kiosk to place my order,  NO cash can be used, and no instructions beyond "ask us for help!" There were workers there but they were all behind the wall & I ended up having to ask other customers!! Finally,  I had my meager order placed,  2 items totalling almost $9!  I thought about the 10 pork chops I bought at Costco for just $4 more & I wondered how families could afford this? I am a customer from 1969... this is awful.  Good bye McDonald's. I'm grateful that you left Russia immediately after they invaded Ukraine but I have nothing else positive to say about their tiny "big" Mac or shriveled little fries.

One of the worst McDonald's ever. I stopped in here on my way to Milwaukee to get a quick bite and use the restroom. The service was slow to begin with, not a clean table in the place and in the restroom I was afraid to touch the sink. I know staffing may be difficult right now but this place was terrible. The building looked nice and new but the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I will never stop at this location again.

Disgusting service I always try to get around this location, but today my children asked me to buy them happy meals because they were given multicolored halloween pails before the halloween.Before ordering, it was written in large letters that halloween buckets came back again and I made an order and it was my big mistake because the dispatcher understood for a long time and canceled what I was saying, she just didn't hear me, but when I went to pay, I saw that these buckets were not there and the cashier said that they were not there.My children were not given ketchup, I asked for no napkins.I fully understand the bad reviews about this location

Extremely horrible service. I had to yell hello to even be greeted at the drive through to start my order. Disgusting, vulgar music was playing extremely loudly in the building, so I had to yell at the top of my lungs so she could hear what I was saying because she kept saying “what” and “I can’t hear you”. I pulled up to the window to finish the order since she couldn’t hear me. The horrible music was blaring from inside the building, so she still couldn’t hear me so I still had to yell loudly even though she was two feet away from me. She closed the window, called another worker over and they laughed about something, and then opened the window, smiled, and said “I’m sorry but you can go somewhere else.” When I asked why, she said the same thing. Gave no reason why.  I’ve never experienced such horrible service anywhere, even for a Mc Donald’s.

This location should honestly be shut down. I don’t eat McDonald’s, but others in my family do, and I always dreaded having to go through the drive thru with my family because the service is terrible. The workers are the rudest fast food employees I have ever met. They’re also always under staffed which makes things even worse. The orders frequently are messed up. It’s best to go to a different location.

Went through the drive thru…asked for salt packets with my food and was told that they were out. Asked twice and was offer BBQ sauce as a substitute . Parked and went in…lo and behold got some salt packets. Lazy teen worker couldn’t give me salt? WTH?!

We got a uber eats order for a soccer team that totaled to $71. Obviously this order was quite large and when our uber driver dropped it off we got food that would feed two people maximum and would cost $10. We called Mcdonald’s to inform them about the issue and we got immediately hung up on. If you can go to a different Mcdonald’s I would suggest doing so because the workers are rude, inconsiderate, and lazy.

Rude, volatile, aggressive manager who thinks it’s acceptable to scream and abuse both customers and her subordinates as well. Fire her or provide her with enough pay and time off for some gd therapy. Missing several parts to my order as well. Manage clearly needs some mental health intervention for the well-being of her staff.

Third time in a row I have gone to this McDonald's and drove away because of the wait. 6 cars at the menu board. Take 1 order and send that car away with food before taking another order. Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced

Terrible customer service, it's almost as if they ignore you. My personal opinion. Drive thru is sometimes quick. Inside dining is definitely along wait.Food: 1/5
