We were on our way home from picking up a dog that we have rescued. The staff incredibly friendly and she even gave him a pup cup. I ran in to use the bathroom and I can tell the Restaurant is very clean.. We will definitely stop back in and we're in the area..
This is a constant issue. I ordered a DBL DLX and I get home and it's a single. The response to me was sorry, we will give your Information to the owner and he will send you something. They definitely have my address and the something is a coupon for them to get another order wrong. I have to drive back to fix the problem after my family eats. Disappointing
Atmosphere does not count because it was a drive-through experience but on other occasions we have been inside this restaurant and it's always been great just like our Culver's in Sheboygan have always been great to us So this Culver's where we stopped we've stopped at it many times between Milwaukee children's hospital and coming home and now we stop there because we were going to Madison for my daughter's eye surgery always great customer service never nastiness always smiling and friendly staffs at every Culver's we've gone to when McDonald's is $60 for four people or more than $60 and Culver's is around the same price choose Culver's The food is much better you actually get a burger on your bun and no I'm not joking about this McDonald's has twice forgotten to put the burgers on our buns from a McDonald's that's less than a mile from my home and I will review that store as well because we just had an incident there where we pulled up to the drive-through lights were all on at the place and tried to place an order and got told No we're closing and then as we pulled out of the drive-thru they turned out the lights as three more cars came in every time you go to McDonald's you get the wrong order cold food and frustration It's not worth it but Culver's you can rely on They are consistent they are friendly and if you have a problem they take care of it
Went through drive-through. No complaints. Ordered, pulled up, delivered 60 seconds later, hit & fresh. Pulled out. Done. It's a Culver's thing!Food: 5/5
I am so impressed with every Culver's I've been to. They are my fast food go to. Only thing I don't care for is that your food is out before you have a chance to sit down.Food: 5/5
You might be better off at a proper sit down restaurant. Whoever is at the drive through on 11/23 needs more training. They only took orders from one of the 2 lanes for 20m and we had to leave before we could order. We came back after our appointment and ordering inside is equally slow. 15m to order with just 2 family's ahead of us. Sitting down there are many irritated people. It took 35m to get our food and it wasn't even right. Didn't get the extras I paid for. Went up to get it but noone could help me after 3m of waiting. So i gave up. This place is not adequately staffed on top of new people. This is the 2nd time and much worst.
This is a great location. Conveniently off the expressway, foods served hot, and the staff seems attentive. Plenty of tables, and they are always clean. Seems like the manager does a great job. Well-done.Food: 5/5

This is one of our favorite Culver's locations to visit in Wisconsin. The location is always busy, but service is always fast and courteous. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. Make sure you save room for the best frozen custard around. They have a new flavor of the day every day, so come by often!
Always good food although pricey but you get what you pay for. Atmosphere depends on when you go. Every one is different but many like the drive through.Service: 4/5
