Food is good and tasty, cant order online without a iPhone and the app. Very annoying for Google users! Staff seems lackadaisical about the customers, seems to come from the manager on down.

Good coffee here. I wish they didn't get rid of the hazelnut spread bananas and almonds. That was my favorite on the ancient grain bagel. Reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches. The lunch sandwiches are pretty good also.
Staff is friendly and food decent, although admittedly I get the same thing here whenever I come in. Sadly, the store is consistently dirty with trash overflowing the bins, dirty tables, and food on the floor. The men’s restroom is just plain filthy. I’ve given up on this place and won’t be going there anymore.
I've always enjoyed getting bagels from Einstein's - good selection and a little chewy texture. Also like their menu of bagel sandwiches. I would give them 5 stars except that I'm not a fan of the Caribou coffee - I prefer their original coffee. The staff at this location is always friendly and pleasant.
Hybrid Einstein's bagel/Caribou coffee shop in a strip mall location. Pretty standard offerings of fresh bagels/smears, bagel based breakfast sandwiches, and Caribou Coffee drinks. Quality is right on par with the other chain locations I've visited so I would recommend and they're open at 6am which is great for the early risers.
The food was good. However, no soap in the bathroom, and filthy bathroom. That part was gross
