McDonald's

So, we came in at a very chill moment. Even though they have plenty time to treat the order, the outcome is frustrating.nWe ordered 2 poutine with crispy chicken, one poutine is missing chicken. And the coke, as a former crew member, I assure the coke I got is a very old one, which shouldn’t be used for serve. I know managers want control of count waste, but this cup, no it should be gone.

I haven't had McDonald's for over 20 years. I had a long day and was hungry and as I drove by McDonald's I decided to go through the drive thru. I got McNuggets and some fries. Regretted my decision. The nuggets were over cooked, dry and hard and the French fries were cold and had no salt. The drive thru took forever. Never again.

We visited this location and my wife was told they no longer had sugar for her coffee. I asked for a soft drink refill and was told I had to pay for it. I have never seen a McDonald’s this cheap and poorly managed.

***update December 30 2025 this definitely the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. Bought a gift card for which had a promotion of a free big Mac. The girl who passed my order said that it won't be long for my big Mac. 25 minutes later and I was wondering what happened. Went up to the counter. She handed me a coupon. Great training. Next. The coupon is only valide in 2026. Again great training.nn**update July 2, 2023***nnThe latest photo is of a large fry.nn****update August 30, 2020****nnToday we decided to get 2 medium coffees and 2 smoothies. We placed our order through drive through. We paid and was asked to advance to the first waiting spot as our order was not ready. This was fine. Here is where things went downhill. We waited 3 minutes. A lady comes out and asks what is the order we are waiting for. I answered two medium coffees and two smoothies. She told us that they are making it for us. I said great. 3 minutes go by and another lady comes out and asks the same question. Another 4 minutes go by and here is when my frustration come in. I get out of the car to go in to cancel my order. During the time when i go in my order gets brought out. The manager came to the cash and I tell her that I want to get reimbursed because it has been over ten minutes that I have been waiting for my order. She told me that it got delivered already. I said it took too long and I will bring it back just reimburse me. Basically what i am trying to say is if there is a delay tell me the first time and not have two different people ask me what my order was.nnGreat place for kids to play. Birthday party service was great. Would have liked the space to be isolated where we were placed but over cost wise couldn't go wrong.

Error on orderdidnt provide the additional pattie then waited 20minute to realize the fixed burger was in the readyvto give to cuatomer for 15 of those 20minutes. Nice sauggy fries after that delay
