The store is clean, and you can find a wide variety of international ingredients. They also offer pastries and takeout food, both of which are of quite good quality. In general, the products seem fresh and well maintained.nnHowever, what we did not appreciate was the customer service.nThe cashiers seemed impatient and were not friendly when we asked a few questions about the pastries.nnIn addition, we ordered kebabs, but after waiting for about 10–15 minutes, we were informed that our order was no longer available and that we would have to replace it with another dish. This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially after the wait, and the way they communicated to us.nnOverall, while the store offers good products, the customer service experience made us feel unwelcome, and wouldn’t return to the store.
Absolutely disgusting. I paid almost 30$ for a meal that was completely inedible. The chicken was pink inside and appeared undercooked, the beef was extremely tough and also seemed undercooked, and the rice was dry, hard, and tasted old, as if it had been sitting for days. I ended up throwing most of the meal away because I didn’t feel it was safe or worth eating. Charging customers this much for food of this quality is unacceptable. I will never order from this place again!
What a place. Prices are decent. The marinated lamb is delicious. Parking is the only issue as it is limited. There food for take out prices are very reasonable. We haven't ordered anything yet, but will do an update then.
Listen. Food there is good with this one experience I've had. The only reason I gave 3 star is because the server was looking at me like I'm a terrorist or something. A smile and people skills isn't difficult.
I believe this is the best Afghan store of the whole region.fresh bread and food all the time, yet I believe they should work a little bit more on their fruit and vegetables section. They almost have all kinds of fruit and vegetables but it’s not as fresh as should be…I hope in a short period of time I can come back and edit my review.nBest of luck for them
