We recieved the pizza with all the dressings fallen off onto the cardboard, after waiting for an hour.. Called back, they say they will redo the order and I asked for a credit note to my file for my next order, I am told it's one or the other, so new pizzas in an hour or 10$ off my next order.. I explain that I cannot eat the pizzas I received and that a credit to excuse the inconvenience, plus what would have been 2 hours of waiting, but I am told again, it's one or the other.. I then ask to send the delivery man back for a refund and they can have their dough with tomato sauce back since that's all there was left.. They accept and the another delivery man comes about 30 mins later to refund my pizzas, I ask for my tip back too since it's the delivery man's fault but guess what, they use an independent service so each man his own and he will not reimburse the tip since he didn't get in the first place so I end up having paid 5$ for well let's face it, nothing at all ! We will never order from there again..

I called 30 mins before closing he took my order .. if he didn't want too he could have just said no too late , i called to see if my order is on the way no answer obviously 🙄 Now i'm waiting for about 1h just got it came cold , driver was rude burger was never again ..
