McDonald's

Ordered sweet BBQ bacon crispy chicken on artisian roll. Didn't check order till I got home. Much to our suprise it was a rotten hamburger order was correct was in correct box but it was a Hamburger. They have lost another customer.

What can I say? It's McDonald's. 🙄 It's one of the few fast food places in town, so it's often busy - but not slow. And our orders are usually correct. The coffee first thing in the morning is really good, too.

The management doesn't know how to professionally handle employee issues, but other than that, the food is fresh and is usually in your hands within five minutes. The staff is friendly, but they talk a lot and it looks like they are standing around most of the time. Rush hours are usually around 8 am, 11 am, 2 pm, and 5 pm. The drive through is quick and as accurate as possible. There are a few mistakes here and there, but for the most part they get everything right. If you go inside to eat, the lobby is clean most of the time. They try to clean up after every rush, cleaning empty trays, sweeping, and tidying up the beverage area. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone who is in a hurry and hungry. The service is friendly and the food is made to order. Hope this helps!

Drive through workers cannot take an order correctly, seems like they are inconvenienced when you order, and am tired of them just wadding up the change and dumping it in your hand. Sad that they cannot count or be trained better in how to handle customers. No pride taken in food presentation, they just throw it together as fast as they can and make a mess out of whatever you order. Management seems to like to hire help that belong in a freak show, they have green hair, or no hair, nose rings, a great way to represent your company to the public.

An unusually long wait today to order and give my money in. Must have been a new guy on the microphone because I have never had to wait this long before. I could see the frustration from the customers in front of me and then behind me throwing their hands up and shaking their heads.... Oh well tomorrow's another day and they'll have Donna on the microphone.
