Dont come to arbys much but the classic roast beef sandwich 2 for $6 was ok for what it was worth. The horsey and arbys sauce was good on it. The sandwich wasnt super fresh but wasnt bad.
Was impressed by the cashier understanding that I'm hearing impaired and willingness to let me read his lips. Super helpful! Got myself hush puppies breaded fish... Delicious and seemed fresh than out of the box taste!! Edit/Update: They say they're open till 10:00, but I'm here at 9:45 and they're acting like they're closed, even though there's people in there and they see me. Trying to call the place just gets them to mess with the phone with a loud ringing sound, it's very unprofessional. Arby's just lost a customer. Don't bother going after 9:00, they don't want to serve guests. Earlier - No longer applies: Good service. The Rib Sandwich was awesome, I wish it was a more permanent menu option. Also that there were still more Arby's in Madison. Make sure you check your order if you get drive-through, they can forget sauce. No big, I just drove around. Full disclosure: I also forgot the same sauce in my car after I got home... Nobody's perfect Stay strong, lone Madison Arby's, stay strong... Parking: Lots of available parking.
Staff friendly enough but take up to 5 minutes to come out from behind the kitchen counter to actually take your order. Asked no less than 3 times throughout my order not to put sauce on my burger. The sauce was caked on my burger on both sides. Also, the wagyu burger tastes like lower quality meat significantly than McDonalds. Fries and shakes are still good though.
I couldn't believe it when my roommate came home with an order of curly fries that were all burnt and only 3 were really curly. The rest were little bits of burnt crumbs. Like 1/2 inch pieces of a burnt mess. Only 3 were any good but yet burnt. It was 7:30 pm but that should not have happened. What a waste of money we spent.
Not this store but specifically the Gyro. A real Greek gyro is made with broiled Lamb sausage, tzatziki sauce and shredded white onion served on pita bread. So your doing roast beast, ranch dressing, chopped onion and tomato. HAHAHAHAHA! The absolute worst excuse for a Gyro I have ever seen in my life. If your reading this please go to a real authentic Greek place and get a real Gyro at least once in your life, it's truly worth it. This one is so terrible its not even funny. They may have the meats but who knows what it is. I feel sorry for the people at this store because this is a chain problem and not something they can control. They usually do well with normal Arby's fare here as long as no busses have just landed.
It's an Arby's. But the staff was pleasant when I had a hideous migraine and couldn't manage to operate the credit card machine. This is appreciated. I only eat Arby's when my life has gone horribly wrong, so if you too are having a horrible day, this is the Arby's for you.
Is the same problem with the administration, when use doordash the supervisor don't put napkins, sauce, Stroup, and when you came for pick up, the doors are closed, and you lose time because you need to use the service car
