Extremely aggressive cashier/ order taker. We’re super understanding to fast food workers especially night shift but he had attitude as soon as we started ordering. Then as soon as we pulled up to the window he screamed my total and I was picking a dime and Penny out to pay exact change since he said it was cash only and he loudly screamed my total again shaking his arms at me. It was so aggressive we immediately left. We’ve both worked food service before and are appreciative to service workers but he ruined our night talking to us like that just for trying to get some food late on a Saturday night.
I use my app always to gather points. Had to grab a fast breakfast while on my way to work. People were polite and helpful. Smiles seemed real so their people are happy which to me usually translates to good service.Food: 4/5
I have a vast knowledge of most fast food experiences. I find it pleasuring to know that when i visit this particular establishment. I find the food, the service and the atmosphere nothing short of esquisite. Definitely 5 star rating for me. Love yall midnight specialers too, Stay Golden ‍Food: 5/5

Staff is excellent. They really go above and beyond to make sure the location is in good state and that customers are having a good experience. Mad respect.
My mom visited with my niece this past Friday and when she was given her change back it was given to her folded. With me working in customer service for 13 years , YOU should always count back the money and not hand to customers “folded” to protect them and yourself. They gave her a torn $5 bill and now I’m assuming that’s why they gave it to her like that. She counted her change at her table and noticed the $5 bill and went to that same cashier to change it out and they refused. and my mom was told to take it to the bank . Nobody will take this $5 from her. Pretty sad that you guys would take advantage of a customer like this.
Cons: it looked as if only one employee was doing all the work the rest were all talking or playing see picture ,on phones. And they messed up on the order the receipt was correct. Pros: Pretty clean, and the decorations for Easter were really neat, and well done.What impressed me was Rosa Lopez I asked for her name because she was doing nearly all the work. I watched as she politely took all the orders, then made the ice cream etc.. , got the fries, and got one other person to hand her the burgers, with out an once of frustration on her face. I would not have that much control. In fairness we live several hours away and were only passing through so this could have just been an off day.
The basket of fries were disgusting I had to purchase a second one because they didn’t offer to replace them that dude was rude One little guy in gray was nice after the fact when I showed him the nasty basket of fries They should be more professional and serve better quality food I realize it’s only $4 but it’s the principle I refuse to eat nasty brown burnt oil tasting fries
The food was fresh and the service was fantastic I don't mind the wait because my food was hot and fresh
We waited almost an hour for our fast food. Ended up having to take our food and go back to the softball fields.Food: 3/5
