Thankfully I ordered through DoorDash and was able to get my money back. This was HORRIBLE, I have never seen a burrito bowl arrive where I opened the top and everything was to one side I could see the bottom of the bowl. I literally had to look for the rice. Then I found other ingredients that should not have been in there like bell peppers and I think chicken?? This location needs someone from Chipotle to review this location. It’s been horror stories since it opened.
I've been fooled like 20 times by this Chipotle. It's so close to home but I will be driving 15 minutes out of my way to not go here anymore. Once again there was barely any food in my bowl and the guacamole was so brown and gross. I know staffing is an issue but this is unacceptable.
EDIT: 12/18/21 updating my score to 3 stars… after having been on the road 2 months I ordered through the app this evening having heard from freinds they have made changes at the restaurant and I can confirm based on my experience today that things are MUCH IMPROVED. Food was ready when I arrived, cara were rolling through the chipotlane at a rapid pace and the 2 nice young men working in the window were obviously HUSTINLG!!!! food was perfect made exactly as ordered. If this location keeps this up I can see them dramatically improving their public perception and increasing their reviews to 4+ stars in short time! Edit: 10/2/21 back to 1 star! ordered chicken bowl through the app and they DID NOT PUT CHICKEN OR ANY MEAT IN THE BOWL! This location absolutely sucks please corporate chipotle close it down!!!! Edit: 9/29/21 upgrading to 2 stars because I ordered today again and arrived at my scheduled time in the chipotlane, My food was ready and made perfectly. This does not negate the horrible experiences I have had on many previous visits but I will give credit where credit is due and today was 10/10! I have no problem updating my initial review each time I visit I would love to see this chipotle location improve and thrive! 9/23/21 This location absolutely sucks! Please corporate chipotle force this owner to improve or take away their franchise rights! This is the 5th time I have sat for over 40 minutes in the chipotlane waiting to pickup my order and the line is not moving at all! My order was for 6:10 pickup it is now 6:51and I’m am sitting 3 cars from the window!!!!!! This is ridiculous and each car that pulls up they never have the order ready. It takes 10 min for them to make each cars order. ALL OF THESE ORDERS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE READY OVER 40 min ago!!! Please step in and do something!
No fajitas, no double chicken - which costs extra. Burrito is smaller than a Coke can. Didn't discover until I got home. Calling store goes unanswered. App gives a free drink. Right - double chicken is $3.30, a drink is $2.90. Failure to follow simple instructions.

The amount of staff working on a Sunday night was impressive in this day and age. Everyone worked together well. The food was served in fair portions and it all tasted great. No complaints. We’ve learned in the past that if you want a nice bowl of food, you have to go inside and order it in person. The lines are typically not very long inside.
Waited 30 minutes in line and left. They prioritize mobile orders over customers in line waiting. I have no problem waiting 10-15min, but half hour, come on. Employees were telling customers in line that mobile orders are already paid for so they come first… As soon as we heard that we left and so did others. Very frustrated that we didn’t get any food after waiting so long. If mobile orders are such a priority, you should have a completely separate food line.. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to this location as I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Out of lettuce and guac, I asked for a bowl with chicken. You'd think they'd mention the lettuce is out when I said half rice half lettuce, get to the end so disappointing. Always out of something. Also, watch how much sour cream and salsa they put. Always say light and if you want more add or they give you an ENTIRE handle full and it's too spicy or too creamy. The manager had such an attitude too when I said I should get a discount of some sort with my half rice drenched in hot salsa, I just paid full price and left. Could barely eat it. Will NOT go back. Please get NEW management or owners or replace it with something better.
Traveling fro SC to the area for work, and like all Chipotles across the US, this one was not unique… I was the first in line with no one else waiting for an in-person order. A line team member approached the “order” end of the line… zero greeting; zero eye contact; zero degree of welcoming. After donning her gloves, she asked what I’d like to order… zero eye contact. I asked for a salad bowl with white rice and tofu. She indicated there was no tofu, which I found odd since I’ve ordered at other locations, but no worries I can pivot to pork. She loaded the products, but when she got to the pork basin, she asked an inaudible question, to which she repeated her question inaudibly. I asked if it was pork and she said it was. I made a commitment to myself and family that we’d never return to a Chipotle anywhere in the country, but today I was traveling to this area and thought I’d give it a shot. I remained disappointed. Chipotle has a consistent knack for making us feel like we’re imposing on their daily operations, regardless of the near $65 I can spend on my family of 4. This location: 7020 N Aurora Rd Aurora OH 44202 did not disappoint my previous commitment… and I’ll carry on with my commitment toward Chipotle
Went in during lunch, was pretty slow in terms of a Chipotle. I ordered a bowl, extra brown rice, extra pinto, extra chicken, extra fajita, corn, and salsa. After requesting extra fajita I was told, "I'm gonna charge you for getting extra of everything, this isn't a buffet it's Chipotle". Now, obviously I expect to pay for extra chicken but per the menu and every other Chipotle I've been to, the other stuff shouldn't be an issue. I have never had a problem at any other Chipotle location. Employee was rude and condescending. They were also blaring loud vulgar music throughout the entirety of my visit.
