McCleaners

Haven’t used a laundromat in years but a new oversized comforter forced this experience. Very old machines; the dryer I used sounded like it was about to die but actually worked pretty good, dried with only $2. The facility was very outdated, grungy and rundown. I suppose all in all as long as it’s available to ppl who need, beggars can’t be choosers.

The place could do a lot better, I'm sure they'd have a lot more customers if they maintained the machines better as well as cleaned the doors of these machines. Could be bringing in the $ if they maintained a clean environment as well as installed a change machine to get correct change instead of having to ask an employee for change. It's sad that there's only three laundromats in Kamloops and they're all badly maintained.

My dryer broke and I had a laundry basket overflowing with wet clothes. Mccleaners is a short drive from my house and they were open on Sunday which I appreciated. It only cost $2 to dry my clothes which was quite reasonable and there was staff on hand to give change. I also use the dry cleaning services for sleeping bags at the end of summer. The price is reasonable, I get senior discount and it only takes a dew days to do my sleeping bags

My dryer broke. So I lugged all my laundry here to wash and dry at once. Despite their hours being posted as closing at 5, they closed at 3- which I wasn't told until AFTER the clerk watched me load all my laundry in. Note: place is dirty and gross looking and at least half of the machines were broken.

Owner is there but doesnt care if your things are stolen. High occupancy machines are nearly all broken, missing doors etc and cost more then other laundromats in town. Machines that were working were rusty, finicky and the soap deposit area was quite moldly. I'll hand wash my clothes before using them again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Very rude girl at the desk. 2nd time in a row this has happened. As such, I will not be returning. Plus half of their machines are broken at any given time too and very expensive. $4 for small laundry load, $0.25 for 3 mins in the dryer. Simply outrageous. If you are paying that much, you'd think the equipment would be in better shape and the attendant would be friendly at least. Disgusting.

Who owns this place? Why is the place so dirty, floors, machines, where is the person that fixes machines and why do they sit there? Fix them or find someone too fo it. Anyway have to do laundry sonewhere but come on if you have it operational at try to keep it running pay attention. Thanks

Overpriced and not the cleanest but the machines work and the staff are friendly! There isn’t much to chose from for laundromats in Kamloops so take what you can get.

I took three leather jackets in there recently. A guy named John cleaned them and he did an amazing job. They were a bit sceptical about cleaning them because they don’t usually take leather but they turned out great!
