After Lemon Fresh Carpet Care was voted best carpet cleaners in Kamloops for the second year in a row by the independent survey conducted by Kamloops This Week, I decided to put out a special for cleaning upholstery at 20% off! One lady called and booked an appointment to have her sofa and love seat cleaned and when I called her just prior to going to her residence at the appointed time, she cancelled without a single word of apology. Then when I asked if she could provide a reason for cancelling so late she accused me of being rude and hung up the phone. She has never met me nor has she even talked to anyone in my company. I have been doing business as a carpet cleaner in Kamloops for twenty years and have never encountered any criticism of this sort. I try to be respectful and courteous to all of my customers.

Very friendly and professional and they do an amazing job. Would definitely recommend!

TERRIBLE. Do not recommend. Very rude and unprofessional. There are other carpet and upholstery companies you can call. Don't waste your time with these guys.

"Lemon Fresh" came recommended and we were not disappointed...our light berber carpet came up really clean & smelt so fresh...would definitely recommend this company!!
