We bought our forever home with the Value-Flex mortgage with an additional Home Equity Line of Credit attached. Was a great way to get the lowest rate in the market and flexibility we need for future fix-ups.

Beware the VALUE FLEX mortgage!  Can't refinance with anyone else until you sell your home or the end of the mortgage term.  When I tried to refinance with another lender, MCAP just kept ignoring the payout statement requests instead of responding and providing an explanation as to why there wouldn't be a payout statement.  Once our term is up, I will NEVER use MCAP again.

Go to every other mortgage company. These guys are rude. They will find a way or another to steal your money
