Canada Drives

Not sure how I feel about the service yet. The employees were very polite found a reasonable vehicle, low km, great monthly payments. For our second vehicle I am happy. Our first vehicle is through the bank very low intetest. The second through Canada Drives was a little higher interest but wicked payments still. So far so good. Cash back approved but didn't receive yet. We will see.

Downgraded from 5-stars to 1. Initially I was very impressed. Their agent was persistent and helpful. However.... After I financed my vehicle (not through them, actually), they've contacted me *eight* times--five times this week, alone--to try to sell me a personal loan. One lady hung up on me when I started asking questions to try to understand. It's bordering on harassment, now. Finally they stopped cajoling, but now they sell their contact lists... I'm getting all sorts of calls--months after I bought my new car--from dealerships all over Canada. Hm. I suppose that's how they make their money.... Such a great service initially. But the follow up has me really annoyed. Use them, but be aware of the hidden cost. Upstate: six months later, I am getting another round of calls from auto groups offering to selll me a car with a great interest rate.

AMAZING!!!! I was in a bad car accident and they helped me to easily get me and my family into an affordable yet realize vehicle. The best part was it was easy and they delivered the car right to my front door! :D Matt in financing and Nathan the agent were awesome. Thank You once again and I look forward to my future with Canada Drives! :D

I was prepared to give Canada Drives a great review after they stepped up and took care of the problem with the vehicle that I just purchased. I thought that at a 60% interest rate I would at least be accessing a service that I would be proud to support. However my vehicle has just broken down in the middle of the highway at 4 o’clock in the morning. After numerous issues with this car and being reassured that it was “clean” I know have to spend more of my time and money to FIX an issue that should never have even been. I am so disappointed. This company should not be dealt with. As they obviously recycle vehicles sell them at a premium with exorbitant interest-rate’s and then essentially strand you with a dud. I would encourage you to not deal with them and go to a dealer that will instead work with your poor credit. As I was able to secure a brand new vehicle prior to Canada drives as 8% interest at less of a monthly cost and never faced these issues. Shame on me for thinking that this would be better. Shame on them for not doing their due diligence as I knew this vehicle would be a problem from the start. What even more upsetting is the fact that their manager argued with me over this vehicle. Telling me it was fine and now this. Stuck. On the highway. In the snow. At 4AM.

I applied for a car loan and the customer service rep was very helpful and polite. I have a consumers proposal debt so I told the rep it will be paid off by next June and the rep was very polite and said to certainly try again next June I want to say that the experience left me feeling confident that next year I will be able to apply for a loan for a car and confident that I will be able to get approved. Thank you for all you help God Bless
