Mackenzie Financial Corporation

After the data breach Mackenzie offered free credit monitoring with TransUnion. What a joke! They obviously went with the cheapest option because if they would have bothered to look at all the negative reviews for TransUnion any reasonable organization would have looked for a better solution. I've used Mackenzie funds in my personal accounts for years and as a former CFP, I recommended them to many of my clients. After the data breach and now this fiasco with TransUnion, I'm seriously considering moving my Mackenzie investments elsewhere.

Be careful with this investment!!!! They took almost 9,000$ from me and now they're only returning 3,500$!!!!!.The representative named Virginia Banasbas was very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! Obviously she took commission from my investments!!!! Please don't trust this kind of people..... They'll rip you off for sure!!! I had a RDSP Registered Disability savings plan never going back with them ever again!!!! What a waste of time and money I swear!!! Not worth it guys

opened two RDSPs account with them, they have messed it up since Nov 2022, and right now it is still messed up with one of the account they said they didnt get a letter document which i already submitted in the beginning of Nov 2022. Fine, I re-send through email recently and after 3 weeks they said they never got it : ...will be moving these accounts to another institution once they are all settled. very disappointed, unacceptable
