I've been using Maxxam for years now after failing to receive honest advice and rapid service from other agents. Maxxam agents listen, help, and get you sorted quickly. Even though I have to driver further now... Totally worth it.

Very unprofessional, disorganized office. Just the overall performance is lacking in standards, workers talking about hockey game while trying to help me out, lost a quote for insurance, could not get travel insurance. Actually this place has been like this for a long time and many people I know in the neighborhood will not go there.

first time to use this agency and am very happy with the service. I had an over complicated ICBC renewal and was helped by a pleasant South Asian lady (I didn't get her name) . She was very knowledgeable, professional, and went out of her way to be helpful..

Never have an issue here. Been going for years...small issue when a new staff member started...he thought it funny to flirt and act inappropriate to his co workers in front of all the customers ...he's not there any more..lol

Dave was very useless, doesn't know what the hell he was talking about. They don't even deserve a star. Wouldn't let me talk to the manager. So unprofessional.
