Matthews house took care of my mother in her final days. I cannot express enough our gratitude towards all the staff here. From every level, we were confident she received the best care. Matthews house is a special place, with every consideration given to each patient they receive. I am confident my mother was made much more comfortable and in her final days was able to rest for the first time, in a while. I thank Everyone involved with her care.
My brother was here for 7 days he got the most care and respect from all of the staff I'm amazed about this place I can't say enough words to say how thankful I am that he was in the right place I give all staff a 10 star thank you all for taking care of my brother and making us feel so comfortable there
My husband recently spent a week at Matthews House which allowed me to get away for some caregiver relief. The staff is wonderful, caring and compassionate. Mario felt welcomed and comfortable. The physical atmosphere is beautiful and the garden is stunning. Thank you.
Truly a blessed place. My grandmother spent her final days here, at peace, in amazing care. She lived her final days in happiness, with dignity and comfort. Wonderful staff in a genuinely outstanding facility. Our family is forever grateful for everything. To each and every staff member thank you, your kindness, generosity and humanity will never be forgotten. From inception to departure in through the front door and out through the same. A heartfelt farewell walk out by each and every staff member alongside our family at the end of my grandmother's stay exemplified an extraordinarily robust and strong woman's life.
I was very disappointed as a new member in the experience I had in the”support group” held in Mathews House Hospice Alliston. It was not an environment I was able to feel safe in , to be able to speak freely .On a separate note, Im not familiar with their delivery of palliative services.
