Oh boy I have a very serious phobia for middles especially when it comes to taking blood samples but Life Lab in Alliston is absolutely top-notch! I recently had the pleasure of visiting and let me tell you, Sharlene is a true pro, I told her I didn’t like needles and she said take a deep breath . When she took my blood samples, I didn't even feel a pinch! She's incredibly skilled and made the whole process so smooth. I was amazed by her expertise. If you ever need any lab work done, Life Lab and Sharlene are the way to go! ‍nnFollow for more
I had a very pleasant experience with Vera. She’s very nice and showed me the baby picture too. Also she printed me the baby pictures so nice too. Thank you Vera got bless you.
My doctor is right above this life labs. Was sent right after an appointment and was in and out total time 40mins not bad considering no appointment. The staff were great helpful friendly and very accommodating. I am not the easiest person to find viens nor able to sit up during the process so that's why I had to wait a little longer.nHighly recommend
I brought my elderly grandmotherWho is well into her 80’s to the lab, she had an appointment booked ahead of time. Which was obviously pointless she was made to wait for Over an hour. I had walked in earlier in the week closer to closing time and was seen in approximately 10 minutes. Why have an appointment system if they are not going to honour the appointments? Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the operation of Lifelabs Alliston.
3 people in line and all the receptionists were having a long conversation about 5 different places to go for lunch. Very cold and unprofessional staff.
