Matteucci Jr John C MD

I waited a month to see Dr. Matteucci. I pre-filled out all of the paperwork as instructed before arriving. When I got to the office it was crowded. After waiting for 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, I was called up to the front desk to be informed that they need my insurance card rather than my dental card. I accidentally brought the wrong card, however informed them that it is all the same insurance with the same member ID number and that I can bring the card back. I was told that was fine, however would have to wait another month and a half to do so. I have no idea how long I would have waited to actually get in. Very poor customer service.

Beware of this guy. He is far too rushed and tired to do his job properly and it leaves it's mark on your life. My operation was improperly numbed and it left damages because of it. I also know someone who had an operation from John Matteucci and now needs a colostomy bag to function in day to day life. Look elsewhere. If anyone else has lasting issues because of him, contact me.

My husband has been seeing doctor Matteucci for a long time for kidney stones. He is very happy with the treatment he receives
