Dr. Tran and her staff are amazing!! We have taken our two little ones in for eye exams and they took time with them and somehow actually got eyedrops in their eyes without too much fuss from the kids! The kids were so comfortable with the doctor and her assistant that they even got hugs at the end of the visit! The front office staff were very friendly and competent and quickly got our insurance handled as well as rescheduling our next visit. LOVE THEM!!!

Horrible office staff. Doctor refuses to explain the reason why my daughter was given the specific prescription. I just needed to speak to the doctor to understand the diagnosis. They do not follow a code of ethics and Autonomy. Worst place ever. Better off going to Wal-Mart vision if you want proper care. They even threatened to call the police because I said I would go to the office to speak in person with the doctor.

I had an eye emergency. Dr Tran handled it with care and ensured my eyes wouldn't be damaged. I really appreciate the communication her staff provided and it really calmed my fears. I would highly recommend!

Have recieved excellent care from this Dr and staff. I wear glasses and contacts and am able to get both from here without problem.

Dr. Tran truly cares about her patients. She's also a veteran surgeon and she's helped change so many people's lives. She is one of, if not the best, opthamologist in the north shore.
