Dr. Michael Berglund is a natural health physician in Kenosha, WI. He has has been in practice for >25 years helping people. There are doctors who are content with giving the patient a diagnosis and then using drugs to manage it. Dr. Berglund believes in restoring the body to optimal function and giving his patients control of their health. He uses diet, exercise/stretching, adjustments/manipulations, and natural supplements to get people well. No drugs. No surgery.

After I read all the reviews I only hope the one who wrote "buyer beware" will have the courage to swallow his pride and to see this great doctor again (if he doesn't find the cure he hoped to find somewhere else). As far as supplements go... when the above mentioned stated, "do your homework." I did and do! As I hate to admit, but will; I too was a giant skeptic. It's been roughly 19 years since I started seeing this Doctor and as a young mother to the middle age woman I am now, he has been one of the most important health practitioners in my life. When all else fails...I drag myself back into his office and he sets me straight again. My back, neck and mind. It seems that, no one wants to part with money. "That's the real issue in regards to negative comments." It's not the good doctor, because as far as doctors go...good luck finding a better one. He truly is one of the best you'll ever find and in the long run (believe me), be grateful that you found someone like him. Be thankful when you can get "in" to see him (when you "really" need too.), be grateful for your health because he's one of the good guys and he does his homework! "Your health is your wealth!" He takes his job very seriously and money isn't his goal. This is a fact, because he could take advantage of people because he really is a "specialist," but he doesn't. Plain and simple. He's a humble humanitarian and he does his best to help everyone who steps onto his path. Re: Supplements. Do a comparison of price and quality when it comes to supplements and you'll see (if you do) that his supplements are the best you can buy and his price isn't to make money off of you. They are just pure, high quality. I know because I have done it, time and time again. So it isn't the "placebo" effect, this doctor knows what he's talking about and he only sells supplements that he trusts. Sometimes we don't know how bad we feel until we feel good again because we get familiar with certain ailments. His goal is to help us, ultimately help ourselves. I'm just so thankful that there are people like this good Doctor to help us on our path and that I was able to humble myself to see it.

So far, so good! Dr. Berglund was able to identify some of my food and environmental triggers that could be contributing to my autoimmune disease. With his help, I'm confident that I can put it into remission.

The adjustment was very helpful to restore movement and blood flow to my joints. After that the sales pitch for all of the dietary supplements was disappointing. Buyer beware! He will try to sell you expensive supplements that will only have a placebo effect and he will sound very convincing in "prescribing" you vitamins. Do yourself a favor and do your own research to qualify any supplements he says you need. Sadly, I got the impression he was more concerned with getting business than health. Go find another chiropractor that will take insurance and not just cash.

Having my thyroid removed 9 years ago, my body just hasn't run right... Dr. Berglund listened and has offered me a way to get results. I have energy, my hair doesn't fall out, and my clarity and brain fog is so much less! Dr. Berglund sees a way out, when other doctors said no that is as good as it is going to get.

Dr. Berglund is an awesome doctor. He listens to what you have to say. He helped me figure out what my body needed. When I listened and followed his direction, I was able to get pregnant. He diagnosed my first daughter with milk allergies (had a few ear infections and I couldn't figure out why). After my son was born in '06, I was sent to Children's Hospital because he was still very yellow at his 3mo check-up. We went to see Dr. B, and it was discovered his body needed some homeopathic medicine. With-in a week his color was normal. My 3rd child was brought home in '09. After 3 weeks of going through many diapers and burp rags a day, she was taken to see Dr. B. She was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. After I changed my diet (because I was nursing), she went down to normal diapers and only needing one burp rag a day. To this day she still cannot have gluten. My only regret is that we now live in a different state and are not able to see him as often anymore. However, whenever we are in town, we always make time to see him. The staff is very friendly and hospitable.
