Great customer service! So friendly and attentive. A lot of bags were sold out in store so I wish there were perhaps signs saying they were so you'd know? But that's just a personal thing. Nothing bad to say at all! Great experience.

I went yesterday to get one or 2 pairs of shoes but no service. The 2 ladies where chatting and never came to offert us any help. Sorry for the inconvenience i got my shoes on amazon.

.Great collection of purses, sunglass ect. The young lady who helped me find the purse I wanted was great. Will be back again. Matt and Nat have really improved their line of purses.

Amazing.  I had a wallet and a duffle bag before and was so jazzed to move to Ottawa to find a whole store of Mat and Nat.   Also the employees are super nice.  Got myself two pairs of shoes that are super original and comfy!!!!
