Love the watches but the sales guy although very nice had been working 6 months there and yet couldn't answer one of my questions, kept having to go ask someone. Update Jan 4, 2023: the watch I gave my wife for xmas lost a stone before she even got to wear it, cheap made expensive watch. They don't make things like they used to for sure.
The service is wonderful, the watches and bags are beautiful. Thank you for being so kind and patient. It was time for a new watch

I came to this location to do a return on a Sunday, January 29th, mid day when it was snowing and Tanger was quiet. Myself and two friends walked in the store and three employees were at the front who all stood behind the cash. No hello, smile or acknowledgment of any sort. Keep in mind, there was no one else in the store. As we browsed and approached the front of the store, still nothing. I approached the cash with my return item in hand, two females with their backs slightly turned chatting amongst another and a male scrolling on his phone, body facing toward me stood to the left. I stood there for a solid 20 seconds and finally said “Sorry…” as if I was disturbing them. Needless to say, was terrible customer service beginning to end. Personally, as someone who owns a service business myself, I’d be really upset with my staff if they did this with my clients. I really like my watch I bought online and will probably stick to online or go to another location next time!
It was great visitng Fossil. I got an awesome watch for my Dad. Great discounts on single and 1+1 purchases. I will surely visit again. Felt like staff was a bit rude and answers like they got an attitude problem but overall apart from that I had no bad experience.
Poor experience. Rude, grumpy, and unprofessional cashier. Went in with a defective watch and the cashier immediately said “I’m not giving you a new watch” in an accusatory tone. The conversation went downhill from there. He showed no interest in my issue and was extremely rude. Fossil, do better.
We've been here twice now and everytime the store Manager has been super helpful. She always goes out of her way at finding a specific watch that we want or trying to fix a broken watch we bought on the online store. Thank you for the great service time and again.
Honestly, if you chance to go this store, go. The customer service is second to none. Been going to this store since it opened. I've purchased smart watches, wallets and purses. Great quality products and stellar customer service! Keep it up Update, went back to purchase the newest gen6 smart watch. Can't wait to set it up.
Edit: turns out there's nothing wrong with my watch and the store was okay with returns, as was Rideau location. Manager Kim is just single handedly rude and harsh about returns Manager named Kim, AKA Godzilla in referenced in another 1star post would not let me refund my watch due to a scuff on the band....photo attached. Scuff unseen unless highly scrutinized in person. I purchased this watch 1 week ago, along with a fossil sport. Wore both for a few hours, and decided that I wanted to keep the sport. Kim Godzilla, spat a bunch of passive aggressive 'you can't wear it and bring it back because we need to resell it' concerns at me which is false since they have to ship it back to HQ anyway, and tried to intimidate me into some false fraud claims. Was a pretty awful interaction at the end of a long work day. Gonna go home and try another time when she's not working. Overall decent store with good stock. Will re-rate if she is moved from store or put in lower position. Floor management should reflect the stores values, and clearly good service is not one of hers.
The girl who was working there was so unfriendly &.never looked me in the eye when I asked her a question.. you should train your staff better … very disappointed
