After four months of follow-ups every one to two weeks regarding a defective BMR brand part purchased from this store, I received every possible response: it's on its way, it will arrive in the next few days, the part was sent to the wrong branch, it's discontinued, I'm ordering the replacement part, it's on its way, it will arrive this week, and so on. In the end, it was never ordered, and they suggested I buy another, incompatible part in-store. I'm very disappointed to have had to call each time only to realize I was given the runaround for four months.

Disappointed with the after-sales service. After one of our two double-glazed door windows ordered from BMR started to fog up on the inside, we wanted to reorder the same window with the same interior frame color. Since it was under warranty, we thought it would be simple. No, after months of chasing to get the window, the guy finally gave us the model he had in stock in standard white and told us we just had to remove the gasket sealing the glass, paint the frame ourselves, and reinstall the gasket. I took the window after months of waiting and certainly didn't follow this advice, risking breaking the double-glazed unit. I now have two double-glazed windows in different colors, since it was too complicated to simply reorder the same unit, even after months of follow-up calls. Once the sale is complete, customer service seems to be the last thing on their minds.

One of the cashiers was very arrogant with me, saying things without actually checking what she had in stock. Luckily, her colleagues saved the day by being much nicer to me. I hope you get the other employees you did.
