Had to pick up a few thing for an inventory going on somewhere else great staff

We had placed an order online once we received our email for pick we headed out the next morning to pick up our items..have to say very very disappointed in the customer service we went to the customer counter not sure were to go and the cashier that was there was nothing but nasty!!! Ask for our phone number and once telling her she made it quite clear what at 905 number??? And then to insult my husband by saying she doesn't understand his french...this is not customer service....hence will will NOT being going back anytime soon....might want to address her customer service with employees like her you won't have any customers .

we did an order on line and got an email to come and get are order, when we got there went to customer service desk were a cashier by the name of CHRYSTELLE serviced us she was noting but nasty!!!!!!! Very insulting indicating that she couldn"t understand my french , I will not be going back to this store ill take my business else where.....

As an entrepreneur in real estate, Rona is always my favorite place to go for construction materials and tools

Did not appreciate cashier answering phone while serving us. Another employee was quite helpful & spoke English to us.
